No Kitty litter boxes to really choose from
    K. F.

Doesn't really carry litter boxes for kittens and not a whole lot of other things to offer kittens, like toys etc... Mainly cats. Was seriously disappointed. The people here are helpful. However the lack of kitten supplies is not good. You'd think they'd offer more for kittens. Decided to go to Amazon and order what I needed Note: do not give kittens catnip it literally makes them go nuts. From attacks to biting you. I think it's something you may start introducing to them as they reach age 3 and above. I felt like I was in some sci-fi movie! The night of the living kitties! I literally had to run to the room and lock them out. I had blood everywhere! I kid you not... they did a real number on me. Took the catnip away and they returned to loving little babies.

So tired from her training. :)

We are on our 2nd round of training with Angel D. Zelda and I are loving her. We are so happy we found out about PetSmart dog training!

Had my dog groomed today my mom took him in he's not an aggressive dog but like all dogs they don't like there face touched or there paws touched they did his nails but not all of them nicked his belly when shaving him and didn't give him a bath first before cutting his hair which is stupid u don't go into a barbershop or hair salon and don't wash ur hair first they cut his hair so short it looks terrible I would never recommend taking ur dog to this groomer now his paws are full of hair and his face is still cover with hair and his body hair is a centimeter long and choppy looking all the way around I'm so pissed and they charge me 20 dollar's Lmao

    Bad haircut

I brought my Westie in for a haircut, bath and to have her nails trimmed. I originally booked online and was scheduled for Michelle, who I was later told was the manager. The website recommended to bring my dog in before the appointment to get her used to the place, but when I got there, was told that they would just walk her around when she came in for her appointment. Wasted trip. When I got my appointment reminder it said that I was scheduled with a different groomer, Brianna. Kind of odd, but ok. I brought my girl in for her "spa day" and told the groomer I wanted her to have the typical Westie cut. Round head, carrot tail, kind of long hair on the skirt. She took my girl with her in the back and said she would be done in about 3 or 4 hours. Got the call about 3 hours later so went straight there to pick her up. My poor girl looks awful. The haircut is uneven, the sanitary shave was so short that my dog has what looks like razor burn on her lady bits and bottom. Her head is not round like a Westie at all and her fur on her back is so short, you can see her skin underneath it. There is also a clearly visible line where the hair is supposed to taper into the skirt. My poor girl has a bowl cut. It also looks like they shaved the hair around her eyes and that's uneven too. This is her first and last time going to Petsmart to get groomed. I should have done better research before bringing her here. She looked better before and she hadn't been groomed in 6 months.

I absolutely LOVE this place!…read more From my very first visit a few years ago with my giant English Mastiff (200 lbs ) to our now bi-weekly routine, this self-wash has been nothing short of amazing! The wash bays easily accommodate his size with room to spare, and their recent remodel made everything even better--more stations and great updates all around. One thing I really appreciate is that there's no extra charge for large dogs, which is "huge" for owners of giant breeds. And every time, the staff kindly offers an extra towel to help get him dried off--such a thoughtful touch! The team here is always friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything on my first visit and recommended products tailored to his skin and coat. We now use the de-shed conditioner and I can honestly say--I notice the difference at home... and so does my vacuum He always comes out looking and smelling great. Sometimes we even add a few spritzes of the doggie cologne when available--such a fun bonus! And of course, no visit is complete without him "convincing" me to grab one of their adorable gourmet dog treats at checkout. They're so cute and perfect for pictures or just spoiling your fur baby a little extra. For my budget-conscious friends--Tuesdays are half-off self-service washes (which is amazing!), just keep in mind it can get a bit busy, especially if it falls on a holiday. Lastly, I have to give major kudos to the staff for maintaining such a clean and sanitary environment. You can truly see the effort they put into cleaning each station thoroughly--it makes a big difference and gives me peace of mind bringing my dog here. Highly recommend this place to any dog owner--especially those with big pups!

Fuzzy Paws Pet Salon - Grooming completed on May 21st by someone else

    Fuzzy Paws Pet Salon

I took my older dog to this pet salon for grooming yesterday, hoping for a positive experience…read more From the start, the groomer was not the friendliest and seemed irritated when I asked about different cut options. As someone who isn't familiar with grooming blade lengths, I was expecting a little guidance, but instead, I got attitude. When I picked up my dog, he looked fine at first glance, so I paid and even tipped. However, once we got home, I noticed a trail of blood and found a cut on his back foot. It's hard to believe the groomer didn't see this before handing him back to me. Either they ignored it, or they just weren't paying attention--neither of which is acceptable when working with animals. There was another groomer I saw who was more kind/welcoming but overall just not a good first experience and I won't be returning.

Our dog has been groomed twice with no issue before and she always came out looking spectacular…read more (see the picture) We brought our Golden Doodle (Daisy Mae) to Fuzzy Paws at a friends recommendation. First let me say our Doodle is brushed every day and her hair is fluffy and curly which means you cannot just run a brush or comb through it and she was bathed by us just two days ago. Here is the brush that is used everyday by us: https://www.petsmart.com/dog/grooming-supplies/brushes-combs-and-blowdryers/only-natural-pet-pin-bristle-dog-brush-58150.html I'm wrong but the definition of matted hair doesn't mean you are unable to run a comb through it with no resistance like clean and straight human hair. So about 10 minutes after we drop her off we get a call that her legs are matted and the areas behind her legs are also matted so they need to shave her down to of an inch. The grooming had already started on her body so it was my understanding that we had a couple of options: 1) Not groom her legs, 2) take her as she was, 3) let the grooming continue. Hind sight being perfect we should have had them stop immediately when they said she was matted and gone to pick up our dog. We are not pleased with the outcome as can be seen from the attached photos showing grooming completed by another groomer in May of 2025, a picture before she went to Fuzzy Paws, and when she came home from Fuzzy Paws. Our guess is that they don't want to take the time and do the job correctly but rather say the dog is matted shave them and move on to the next paying customer.
