Savannah and her family are so warm and excited to work with dogs. She gave me almost daily updates…read more(that were VERY detailed about what they did that day). The updates were real. Let me be frank, if my pup was not good, it was not sugar coated. She let me know what needed work and also what they were doing well and seeing improvements. On pick up day, we walked to the local park and practiced the commands and learned how to properly use the tools that she used to our advantage. I highly recommend Savannah for anyone who wants to really invest in their pups well being. She made sure to teach manners and not go against the dogs personality (ex. Winston's version of down is front first vs the normal butt first). She isn't a "one and done" for our pup, we still have homework or else the pup may revert back. Just like any person, you need to consistently study to be successful.

We had gone from boarding here to using Rover, which proved really inconsistent and not good for our pups. The staff are much more helpful and provide good feedback about dog behavior. One of our dogs in particular is pretty anxious and doesn't always do well with new people or locations. While the feedback was largely the same from our initial visit, the delivery was more helpful and allowed us insight into what was going on and how we could possibly help him. We ended up going to the vet to get him some anxiety medication for the boarding visits, which seemed to really help. The only negative I'd say is not always seeing the dogs on camera. When we've paid for the camera lodges, we'd go from being able to see them to seeing them removed, then not being able to find them in any of the play areas. I'm not sure where they go during these times or if they're let out in other locations. It's more a curiosity than an actual complaint, and to be fair, I could ask. Overall, our experience here is night and day. We use them routinely when we head out of town and our pups seem happy when we drop them off and pick them up.

It took 4 weeks & 3 vet visits & month of sleepless nights to get him well again. The dog was not trained. After advising JP of what happened & sharing the vet bills he stormed into our vet & scared the office staff. Even though we had already shared the receipts. We opted out of the follow up home training given how sick or dog got & how upset we were of the condition he came back in. The only way JP would give any sort of refund even though the follow up home training was NOT complete was if we signed an NDA. I asked JP to please give us our money back for the training we didn't complete at home. No response. I asked him several times to please pay us the $600 because it was the right thing to do. Ghosted! Very disappointed. Do not recommend. I would ever never let my dog ever be boarded by this group. Huge mistake trusting this group! They promised to take good care of our beloved dog & he was clearly neglected. Do not recommend. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Nancy, the trainer for the DFW area came yesterday to work with Selene, and I am beyond pleased with our progress already. Nancy gave us so much wonderful information about why Selene was behaving the ways she was, and gave us simple ways to take back leadership from her. Nancy was out for three hours with us, and we are already having great results. Although it is a little more expensive than I was expecting for dog training, the lifetime guarantee for your pet is wonderful, and the information given at the start of training is also going to make life with future pups easier. All this to say, we loved working with Nancy and would do it all over again.

I was told narcotics scent training was available but at drop off it was changed to birch wood. Then I have a dog with special needs as he will not eat away from home. I had to BEG for photos and updates knowing my dog wasn't eating for a week. Then they pass the SAME PHOTO and even sent me a screen shot of the edited time stamp to prove that they it wasn't edited. Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

So we somehow lucked into finding Dr. Daugette at City Vet Keller. I know that City Vet is a chain, but Dr. D is far from being a chain veterinarian. She has been there for us at every turn, from ear infections to surgeries, life-threatening diseases to random agencies they are texting us on the weekends, answering emails late on a Saturday night, to conferring with specialist to seek possible answers when they seem like there were none. Our dog was diagnosed with a rare disease that took the life of her sister a few short years ago. I also lost my very first dog to this disease never believing that any dog could come back from it, because it just was so terrible. Each dog was treated and each dog eventually passed away. However, this time was different. She sought out specialists. She tried all different kinds of options and not only is our dog off most of the the medication's now. They really difficult on her body, but at 11, her numbers are back now in the normal range and it is nothing short of a miracle! We have a dog that is diabetic on two shots a day. We have a dog that has attacked our other dogs, and she has taken care of our babies like they were her own. We had a dog that had to be rushed into emergency surgery and if not for their care, she would no longer be with us. My husband and I got together late in life and we're not able to have a baby, so our dogs are the family that we loved dearly. This place has the vest vibes. The staff from the moment you walk in the door they are just different. They remember all of our dog's names and are excited to see them when they come. I can honestly say they treat them like they were their own. I trust Dr, D her advice and recommendations 100% without hesitation. She is always willing to work with us and explore any and all options, she spends time with you in the examination room, and we feel like her and the team there at City Vet are part of our extended family. I left my bed that I had been moved for 20 years because never and all this time have I ever been as cared for as we feel as City Vet Keller. If you are looking for a place that cares more about people and pets than make an appointment and you will see for yourself I promise. The last 18 months have been pretty awful in terms of how many doctor visits we have had to make and org /ical I/ situations emergency and otherwise it has been a huge financial investment, but all of our children a.k.a. puppies are still alive and kicking... even thriving! I know in my heart that bat is due to the team at City Vet Keller and the incredible Dr Daugette, hopefully I'm spelling that correctly. We cannot thank you enough through all the past 18 months from the laughs, to tears, over active Expression glands and all the stressful moments in between. I should have written this review a year ago, but what finally prompted me to do it was an experience I had recently with one of my foster dogs. He's a 5-month-old puppy who had spent his entire life tied outside on a rope, so he was absolutely terrified of leashes and unfamiliar places. He would plant his feet and refuse to move. At 55 pounds, he's already a strong boy! I managed to get him close to the front door, but he simply would not go inside. The staff was unbelievably patient and compassionate. They brought out treats to encourage him, but when he was too scared to take them, they never rushed him or forced the situation. Instead, they gave him the time and space he needed to feel as comfortable as possible. When it became clear he wasn't going to walk in on his own, they gently picked him up and carried him inside so he could get his bath. After he was all cleaned up, they refused to let me pay. That level of kindness and empathy meant so much to me--and even more to a puppy who had already had such a rough start in life. I would have happily paid extra for the care they showed him. Businesses like this deserve to be recognized, and I will continue to support EarthWise and recommend them to anyone looking for groomers who truly care about both pets and their people.

My dog has not had skin issue for over 6 months :) I'm pleased with this store.
