    This is my miniature poodle

Groomers and managers are really rude and disrespectful i took my dog to get groomed and he had no matting on him "mind you he never has matting" and i check him everytime i bring take him (hes a mini poodle) and i told the girl hes good he has no matting just wanting a bath and hair cut she said yes hes good and has no matting. I come back and she charged a dematting fee and charged me for a different breed than my dog is! Charged me for my dog being a "goldendoodle" and not a mini poodle because his hair makes him look bigger. The groomer Jordyn M lied and said that he had matting everywhere and "im lucky she didnt charge me more" her words exactly! And that the store manager Amy said to change my dogs breed from a poodle to a goldendoodle which is a $35-40 up charge! I escalated the problem and call corporate because this was the 5th time of them trying to change my dogs breed to get more money and when i told them that they had blocked my account from making anymore appointments! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE TO GET GROOMED ESPECIALLY BY JORDYN M!!

This store also has a medical care (Banfield) with a DVM. Been going here for years, large store, OK prices.

    you can

you can see in the photo on the left my poor shihtzu after a professional bath and groom from pet smart at rochester rd , the picture on the right is mommy fixing my dog who couldn't see. thats my third time at pet smart, i gave them enough chances. after a $156.00 bill for a poor job on my two shihtzus. i dont understand how people don't complain about their services. i might start my own groom salon.

    Pet therapy, oh wow

Had my little Pearl groomed here yesterday. Normally a growley, snappy dog if what's going on is not her idea, the grommer said she was sweet and calm. Her cut was cute. They also cleaned her ears and clipped her nails...she bites me even if I mention ...nails.... grommer must be a dod wisperer !

    Kaluahs new tags/collar.

It's common for hamster pups to wrestle with their siblings and it most likely happened before he even arrived at Petsmart.

They encouraged me to just use a shock/vibrating collar if he was barking too much while in the cage.

Do Not Trust This Facility -- They Lied, My Dog Got Sick, and They Showed No Accountability…read more I sent my dog here for confidence-building--and instead, she came home traumatized and physically ill. She contracted kennel cough during her first week, which was confirmed by my vet. When I notified the facility, they refused to inform other customers, and chose to keep operating as if nothing had happened. I have four dogs at home--now they're all sick, and I'm stuck with over $1,000 in vet bills. On top of that, the experience was deeply unprofessional: * They never provided any report card or update on my dog's first week. * At pickup, my dog was actively coughing, and staff were cold, dismissive, and rude--clearly trying to distance themselves from any accountability. * I had to get a lawyer involved just to cancel the remaining weeks and force a refund of the money I had paid. * Their business practices are shady--they use bait-and-switch tactics, pressuring you to sign fast, then changing terms. If you ask questions, they belittle you. This is not a safe or honest place. They may operate under a well-known franchise, but there is no integrity, no transparency, and no real care for your dog. Please don't make the same mistake--choose a local, reputable trainer who puts your dog first.

Our German Shepherd pup had so many issues in the beginning & spent many visits at the Vet, then at the same time I was at my end with serious health issues with father in law tapping my husband's strength and involvement I was so desperate many times with hoping we could keep our beloved puppy. It's been a hard road, we have tried to learn a lot to self teach ourselves and researched more local training facilities but nothing seemed to fit. Our first consultation with Ryan gave us a lot of confidence that finally a solid professional dog trainer. When he and Sarah came for our first session we were absolutely astounded. They truly are very in tune to the dog and they were also extremely capable of engaging us to be apart of the training. Their love for the pup and what they do shines through! I loved learning how to break down each little piece of learning about what our goals were and working with my Jedi to see her GET IT. I became more amazed at what dogs are capable of than I ever knew was in these incredible animals we become family with. We have made more progress with northBound Dog Training in short order that I think is a testimony to their skills and ability to capture what we need to know and what our dog needs from us. They really get how the dog is wired up and honing in on the dog's awareness, as well as reading the dog for tolerating how much time is needed for the work your doing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a caring, kind, skilled and capable dog trainer that will listen to you as the owner and help you understand the ways they do their work to have you be apart of it. Equipping you to be capable too! I wish I had them at the beginning when I was near melting down once a week, but better late than never! I don't feel lost and alone in the journey now, or like drowning in online floods of options that make your head spin. Yep.. I can't say enough good things about them. Ya might want to call them and shut me up! Haha!
