Petsmart price matches with their online prices especially for dog greenies which is a plus! Now that they started a new reward program, I'm always saving a couple bucks at the register! From treats, food, toys, grooming salon, and Banfield Pet Hospital, this place works for me and my pup! The one thing they're missing is the pet hotel. If they had it here, I'd bring Bob in for day care pretty often as their rates are reasonable and they really take care of your pets (based on locations I've taken him). I come in about once a month to get Bob's nails trimmed and grind down and anal glands expressed. No appointment is needed for these type of procedures and it's great! The groomers are usually done in 5-8 minutes! Usually during the holidays, petsmart will have a holiday backdrop and someone dressed in a suit for photo shoots. So watch out for those events and get a holiday photo with your loved one! read more

This locations pet spa is amazing. My dog had her nail cut too deep at a different pet saloon and the store didn't do anything to help. When I took my dog to this location, the nice ladies at the front desk took me to the saloon area where they treated my dogs cut. They were so sweet to her and very friendly. If I could leave a thousand negative stars, I would. I took my dog in for a haircut, he's a Maltese and hair is extremely curly so I understand it can get super matted and tangled, but Idk if Judy was new or not, but she specifically said she'd give my dog a teddy bear cut and would have to shave all his hair due to it being super tangled. He came back looking like an ENTIRE different dog. From Maltese to schnauzer. I paid $81 and on top of that, he was in there for 4 hours!! Which is insane. Not only has no one ever cut his ears, but it was also super uneven. No one has ever cut his hair this terribly, will not be going back here. read more

If it were at all possible to give this establishment no star I surely would. I've been coming here for years to buy pet supplies but now I've got to work out a different place. I needed to get some fish and actually waited over 20 mins and no one acknowledged me till i started walking out the door. The checkout line was also horrific, two cashiers and the line was going back towards the animal clinic. Pathetic is the word. read more

Staff was extremely rude and un helpful I asked for assistance 3 times and was ignored 3 times when I decided to go elsewhere to get the fish all 4 employees were standing by the cash register talking. To be 100 percent transparent i had forgotten my mask in the car, I would have gladly gon and got it if asked but I was never asked instead was completely ignored for 38 minutes. And was only talked to when I was headed to the exit. I get it everyone needs to use one but I shouldn't be treated like that for any reason. I will never go to this store again Pets And Such down the road, While they require masks also were very respectful about it and asking , and were so helpful. Not to mention the quality of of all of their products at Pets and Such, and all of the animals are so so so much better they are healthy and taken care of, instead of the sad state of anamals they had going on at Pet Smart!!! read more

Just now got kicked out of the West Valley Petsmart (it's 9:17 pm as I'm writing this), yet their Holiday Hours say they are open from Dec 14-23 until 10:00pm. The employee had no idea and did MOT remove the Holiday Hours sign as she locked the door. My first and probably the last trip here...NOT HAPPY!!! read more

Stood at the fish tanks for 20 minutes while no one helped me. When I flagged a girl down she started asking me a million questions & lecturing me on how I should just stick with my one small goldfish in a 20 gallon tank and how theirs (with at least 30 dead floaters) works because it's a thousand gallon system. Clearly not working for you, Petsmart. And that girl shouldn't be either. UPDATE: Went to Petco down the street and they HAPPILY sold me a goldfish, I also spent $50 on dog food and cat food. Too bad Petsmart's employee has lost them that sale every few weeks. They agreed with me that Petsmart's employees behavior was unprofessional and also unnecessary when I had ONE fish in my 20 gallon tank. Now two happy fish. Also, NO DEAD FISH FLOATING in their tanks! Should've gone to PetCo to begin with. read more

I took my 2 year old dog in yesterday and got her basic service Nails, Teeth, Ears. I watched my pup get her service done and they didn't clean her teeth or put a bandana on her. I said something to the groomer about the service I paid for and she nicely brushed her teeth but still no bandana. This location seems very busy and after my 27$ purchase yesterday I will find another location. I don't like bad service, I don't like paying for a service that was not done correctly. read more

This isn't a bad place as big box pet stores go. It's clean and there's a good selection of pet supplies. I'm really pleased that they let No More Homeless Pets and the local animal shelters bring animals in to get them adopted. This is the place where we usually end up getting all of the cat food and cat paraphernelia our cat needs to stay happy enough not to try to overthrow her human oppressors. read more

Fleeced by trainer Angelice to purchasie an advertised special (on a flyer on the desk near training center) after failing to complete the beginning training due to Angelices pregnancy and my long COVID. We completed beginning and intermediate training but was told it would be some time before the advanced class would be offered. Been doing business at this store for 2+ years and spent thousands on training, grooming and supplies for my 3 animals. One day while picking up food I overheard Angelice talking to a customer about the upcoming ADVANCED training class and she told me it was full. I reminded her I would need to complete it during summer months due to my disability. She never called and now I'm told too much time has passed for a refund. They have amended their records to exclude the advanced training I paid for and was denied access to. Customer beware of doing business with this store as their greed and corruption is obvious. So sick of corporate America screwing over loyal customers. They are a disgrace and the thousands of dollars I've spend on training, grooming and supplies will be spent at ANY competitor! When I hade my little girl groomed , thy did do a great job with grooming . The one stare is based on the agreement thy have you sign , wile my little girl was in there care if thy seamed to believe that she needed to get medical treatment for any thing , I must agree that I will pay all cost . I said I have a vet and if their anything is needed I will make an appointment and go to my own vet . I just do not want to pick up my dog from the groomer and also find out she had her teeth cleaned with $500 bill attached to it. read more

The grooming is great but some honest feedback regarding service: 10 days out for an appointment? Come on. There are a boatload of tables open, can we get some more groomers? Also when you call and ask if they have any openings today you are on hold... pause... then they ask a series of questions ... have you been in before...pause, keyboard clicking...what kind of dog, keyboard clicking...pause... haircut or bash and brush, keyboard clicking... pause... no we don't have anything for 10 days. You'd think they could answer right off if they are booked THAT DAY. (Which used to be possible a lot of the time by the way) Also seems like it takes forever to check in and out. What are they doing that could possibly take so long? Just saying. read more

I have never had a good experience at this store. The staff does not seem as though they either care or like their jobs. It has rarely been organized and I have found that you really have to look at UPC codes because things are not on the shelf in the correct spot. Over the years of living close to this location, it is a hit and miss if they have what we need. The groomer has been good and Banfield but the store is horrid. We have been given wrong information on several instances which has turned into losing trust. The employees for the most part seem put out when you ask for help or if they get busy. We have had to stand around for 20-30 mins at a time in the fish area just to get help while employees stand upfront talking to each other. I have also had employees try to talk me out of buying fish that I have had before and are just replacing. Most recent incident was over a return and wanting to make sure that if this COVID crap goes past the 60 days listed on the receipt I will be able to get a return on a product that is necessary for a pet but 1 size to small. Instead of the employee trying to de-escalate the situation she just chose to give me attitude and yell over me, which escalated the situation, and then hung up. The customer service is horrible and I suggest to not go to this store if you choose to shop with PetSmart. I do go out of my way not to go in here and actually do most of my shopping with Amazon or Chewy due to the issues we have experienced. read more

I took my two American Bullies in to have groomed for the very first time over the weekend. After an hour of leaving them at the groomers, I received a call stating that they could not groom my female because she "may" have cut her two on the kennel as they were trying to take her out to bathe her. They said they took her over to the vet at Banfield to have her checked, and that having her groomed was not recommended and to keep an eye on the cut. When we picked her up, her toe was not cut, the toe nail was broken all the way up to the paw. It has since gotten infected, even with us keeping it as clean and dry as possible. I called the store, the assistant manager was nice enough to pay for us to bring her back to see the vet at Banfield and have her treated. She ended up needing a minor procedure and was sent home with only 10 pills for pain, and on top of that, Banfield had the audacity to say that she needs to be seen because she is overweight and has dental issues. She was just seen by her regular vet 2 weeks ago and was given a perfect bill of health. I can't believe they are trying to get us to spend more money there after having to fix what happened the first time we went. read more

HORRIBLE! Horrible products and horrible service. Wouldn't give it a single star if I had the choice. We bought a fish tank from them at the very end of January. First off I had to make 2 trips (40 min each way) to their store bc their "fish experts" kept selling me the wrong filter for the tank. Then finally admitted they had NO idea which one it needed. I had to go to a small local shop to find out what I needed. Now the tanks lights have quit working and the filter has crapped out. And apparently they have a 60 day return policy (regardless of whether they sell you something defective) and bc I'm 30 days past that I'm SOL and the girl I spoke to (Jessica, I believe) could have cared less. Will NEVER be back, nor will my family. Shopping local only from now on bc they stand behind their products and at least have a clue what they're talking about. Waste of so much time, money and such pitiful customer service and "experts". read more
