It would be helpful if the website were updated to reflect this, so potential customers aren't misled while trying to make plans. You can also take a photo of the records and upload it to their appointment site if that is more convenient. I'm super surprised by the negative reviews here and cannot believe we are talking about the same place. Our dog Crockett, who can be a handful, is always excited to go to WMW when we drop him off. All of the staff snuggles him right up when we bring him in. When we suffered the loss of one of our pets this year, the staff at WMW grieved with us. Additionally, when we call with last minute requests, or have to leave our pet another day, they always do their best to squeeze us in. I've been so appreciative of them and the care and love they give to our furry family members.
