Took in our doodle for grooming and got the most amateurish job in the 14 years of grooming experience. A whole lot of money for worst grooming experience ever. Terribly uneven trimming. Normally a 3 hr timeline for grooming, this was 2 and the results showed why. Haphazard, unskilled or something was haywire in the process. We won't be back!! read more

We live 30 miles away and are regular visitors, happy customers of PetSmart in WallaWalla WA. We enjoy our commute to get our many needed pet supplies for our 8yr old Cat & our thriving fish aquarium. We also enjoy shopping for gifts & fun specialty items like pet coat & costumes. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I'm guilty of loving & hating visiting the adoptable Cats they have occasionally in store. They are beautiful cats & id love to take them & give them a home but can't. read more

My daughter went out of town this past weekend. I was charged with caring for her beloved dog Moose. Well, he took off on me Friday night and by the time I got him back Saturday AM he was filthy dirty and full of foxtails. A frantic call to PetSmart, where my daughter has an account, and within half an hour they got Moose in. An hour and a half later, I picked up a very clean, well brushed and happy dog. Major kudos to the excellent and friendly staff at PetSmart. Great service, great attitude and a very grateful and relieved dog-sitter. Thank You! read more

Very nice, brand new, clean, well organized. The staff was very nice and helpful. Several employees greeted me and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They had some kittens and a few cats that need good forever homes and would like to be adopted. Fish, small birds and some turtles. Pet food and toys of course! read more

Such great customer service that I feel a little guilty for not saying something sooner. The groomers love Ziggy (at least they greet him enthusiastically every time) and tonight Josh was super great. Did some quick math when he heard us pondering whether to get one large bag or the smaller ones. Later, when he saw us each lugging around our final choices he grabbed our two mega pet food bags, checked us out, then helped us out to the car. Employees might not always be able to be so helpful when the store has more than a couple of shoppers, but we got the royal treatment tonight. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. This stores snakes are INFESTED WITH MITES! We picked a corn snake up a couple dAys ago and the poor thing hadn't eaten in weeks. Was completely infested with mites. I mean so bad they were in the eye sockets. We returned it and thank god for quarantine practices. Wow. Def refrain from buying their snakes. Mites are extremely difficult to get rid of. And if they didn't notice it to begin with no way will they be competent enough to repair it. Animal abuse at its finest. read more

Bought a corn snake and it had mites. The staff wasn't even educated in the matter. Poor husbandry and lack of knowledge of reptiles. They will not be getting my business again. Buy at mom and pop pet stores! The feeding sheet showed it hadn't eaten in over three weeks and they were attempting to feed it crickets. Not even the proper meal. Crap customer service wouldn't even try and look up the dog food I was looking for even tho the website several bags were in store. Also need to get more grain in foods!!!! It's already been proven grain free is not good. I have been in the veterinary for over 15 years and when I am seeing 2 year old dog come in with heart failure because they have been on grain free it's a sad sad thing to see. Get your head together petsmart! Canines are omnivores NOT carnivores! Never will I be back. read more

Signed my puppy up for training classes and showed up and there was no one there. An employee came out and informed me that no one else signed up so they cancelled the class. When I asked why no one called to notify me she said they had lost my paperwork. Very unprofessional. And on top of it she expected me to sign up for classes that don't start for three weeks. I would not trust these people to train my puppy if they are they unreliable. read more

We purchased fish, some pets supplies for our dogs, a tank, etc. Its not shocking these days when stores have good service and everything one needs these days. It's the expectation and necessary if you want to stay going. This place certainly had that. What was shocking was the energy of the employees. They very much seemed to love their job performing in a real and personable way. My pet was important to them too....what's next...massages for pets...cause they came close. I was the typical annoying customer asking a million questions wanting them to find everything for me....and what happened? They didn't direct me to isle ten....instead, led me there, grabbed what I was looking for, and I didn't lift a finger. They answered every question, focused on making sure we walked away with good knowledge and understanding, rather than trying to push us off and out the door, especially with my daughter, making sure she understood everything about fish and taking care of them. What a welcoming and happy place. If I was a dog on a leash walking in with my owner, I've arrived. Someone finally treats me like I'm amazing. Makes you want to be a dog if you go there, though they made sure being a human felt good too. It is pretty cool that they have grooming and dog training available not just pets and supplies. My daughter and I had a good time there and have continued returning since our first experience, since still as good as the day we stopped in. read more
