I've been taking my dog here for the past couple of months and I refer everyone who I know that I know has a dog here. I did the unlimited play for $99 for a month, have boarded, and now take my pup every week. I love that everyone knows my pup and that I can watch him on the video when he's in day play to see what he's up too. Also the staff is so nice! Give them a little grace when you come to check in or check out, especially if there's a lot of people because they are going as fast as they can :) read more

I enrolled my puppies in the puppy preschool here, decided to take advantage of the $99.00 30-day puppy preschool special. One weekend I decided to board my pups and was told I would not be charged twice for puppy preschool enrollment which is required when boarding puppies. Yet, the staff at check out advised that the package purchased did not apply to boarding. The logic is still lost here. I prepaid for a package, that during boarding, could not be honored? There was nothing in writing to support this policy, in fact I located information on their website to the contrary. I submitted my concerns to the manager via email, but my email was ignored, in that I never received a response. As a dissatisfied consumer I decided to withdraw my pups from the preschool, despite having 10 days remaining on their package. But, one evening the very pleasant student groomer reached out asking if I would be interested in getting my pups their first cut with her. She was amazing with my pups and did a great job with their initial bath and blow out, so why not. And, just for the day, I decided to give the puppy preschool another shot. However, prior to booking I double confirmed the cost. Sadly, I again experienced the same issue at check out, in that I was told the initial price quoted was incorrect. The staff member that completed my check out completely ignored my concerns and did not offer to honor the rate quoted, nor did she direct me to the manager. She was very dismissive and unpleasant to engage with, no eye contact, no apologies. To make matters worse, my pups haircut was unlike anything I could have imagined. There were multiple patches, uneven hair spaces, the pink of her skin was visible in multiple locations. My requests for her cut were not adhered to, and there was no explanation provided. In fact, when I submitted my concerns regarding the cut, I was told the very pleasant student groomer was unavailable. Ergo the risks of agreeing to a student groom. But, regardless of the groomers student status, at a minimum, an explanation as to what happened, would have been professional. The convenience of this location to my home, the seemingly pleasant pet environment, and the professional and courteous attitudes of most of the staff here, sadly doesn't make up for such egregious management oversights. I pray in the future, the management team here places more focused attention on the handling of consumer concerns. read more

We are definitely big fans of PetSuites, as our dogs have boarded here at least 20 times, and 5 out of those 20 times being stays over 6 days. And they have attended their doggy daycare which they love!! I love how personable the staff is and they know me by name, just by saying "I'm Meeko and Myla's mom". Every time our dogs go there I know they are well taken care of and loved. I will say it's pricey, but we also book the most expensive packages which includes picture updates, extra individual playtime and group play and we put them in the luxury suite which comes with a raised bed and a TV. May sound silly to give them all that, but I want my dogs to feel as comfortable as possible while we are away. What I also love is that they're super responsive via text. If I need to quickly book an appointment, I can text them and they get it all set up for me, and if I have any questions, again I can send a quick text and they almost always respond immediately. They also follow care instructions for your pup perfectly. Our dogs are on farmers dog food which have very specific feeding instructions, and my dogs also need to be watched or separated while eating and they always follow our special feeding instructions perfectly, which is huge for us and their diet. I know I'm rambling, but about a month after getting our sweet Myla we had a 10 day trip to Hawaii booked, so it was Myla's first time boarding and we were so nervous especially since we were training her and working on potty training so I gave them very detailed instructions for her stay so she can stay on schedule and they made sure to stick to it!! So if you have a small puppy, rest assured they will work with you and your new pup as well. They also have a groomer on site so before picking up your pup they can come home freshly bathed or groomed! PetSuites has become our dogs' home away from home and I will always recommend them! I received a free coupon at a local event for one night free, so on a recent trip that I was unable to take my pup, I decided to give them a shot-boy am I glad I did! Everything was such a smooth process, from drop off to pick up. I also appreciated having a cell phone number to be able to text and get a picture/text updates on how things were going. The ladies were all very responsive and took excellent care of my little Indie! I have zero complaints on the boarding, grooming and customer service I received here. ***** 5-stars deservingly and would highly recommend! A complete joke. I went to pick up My dog when they said he was finished and he was but way subpar.. there was dead hair all over and he needed a blowout. They said they already did it (hard to believe) and could do it in an hour or come back tomorrow. Just terrible. I could have done it better myself. They did give me a 15% discount even though I still have to go home and finish the job. I then asked for a receipt upon paying and they couldn't even figure out how to do that. I left without it after 5 min. The place is ran by a bunch of kids and teenagers. There needs to be some adult leadership and standards set. For almost 2 years, I boarded my cat on numerous occasions, and all was good until the last 2-3 boarding visits. Around Christmas holiday, staff lost her flea prevention medication, Manager Francesca was "sure" they administered it; though it was not documented; and then a few hours later I was told the medication was lost.. Though Francesca called in a new medication to the VET; it was clear Francesca did not have any clue as to how to manage her staff. I expressed concerns then about the lack of documentation and of her ever changing staff. Huge turnover in staff and lack of training since amazing Neville left. Fast forward to last visit. I had concerns about cat eating habits and lack of documentation of same, and talked to a "so called 'Manager" named Ashley, who indicated Manager Francesca could not speak with me, as she (Francesca) was no longer taking calls. Does not make sense. Instead, I was stuck talking to Ashley, who really did not care one bit about the questions I had as a concerned pet owner who had entrusted and paid a-lot of money to Pet Suites through the years. Ashley displayed immaturity and unprofessionalism by mumbling under her breath while I expressed my concerns; inexperience as a manager, and lack of customer service and feline behavior knowledge. She was quick to blame my cat without ever meeting her; by stating she was non cooperative when being removed from cat tree during playtime and was swatting from kennel (no proof of this as she is non aggressive; all the while I was receiving daily positive documented Paw-gress report indicating Cat was nothing but loving, friendly, playful. The same day I picked her up, as in previous times, I was verbally told by the staff that "cat name" Is sooooo great!!!! (Ashley is a Liar!!!!) I will admit, I got out of character when I kept hearing this so called inexperienced Manager/Ashley mumbling underneath her breath that I was talking too much. Any manager that treats a client in this manner should be FIRED!!!!! I've yet to hear from real Mgmt. When I called her on it, and stated I pay alot of "f-ing" money to board my cat and should be able to express my concerns and ask questions; I was banned from boarding my cat. If this so called Manager/ Ashely continues to treat clients in this manner, I guarantee you Pet Suites will lose many customers. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have come here twice now, the first time it was okay at best. At least they kept communication with me about how my dog was doing sort of. This time around was a complete joke. I booked her for 1 night and a full service bath, drop off at 4pm pick up the next day at 7pm. The entire time she was there I received 0 communication about how she was doing when we were told they would call before the bath and after she had her evaluation for group play (which you have to pay for your dog to not sit in its room all day). When we voice these concerns of no communication they apologized and we decided to move on. Then when we get home, I go through her bag of stuff I brought for her including food, toys, treats and come to find out she had eaten one time in the 27 hours she was there. We give them a call back and they tell us per the "feeding log" she was leaving food behind. Okay? And you don't think to call us and let us know "hey your dog is not eating". The lack of communication to pet owners is appalling. None the less to find out that supposedly she got walked for the last time of the day around 5-6. When I pick up my dog an hour after her "walk at 5-6" she goes #1 for a considerable and unusual amount of time and goes #2 immediately and in a large amount. We are told they will go to the bathroom immediately after we pick them up usually due to a "high stress environment". No, it was almost as if she hadn't used the restroom in 10-12 hours. When you leave your animal somewhere while you are away or for any reason you should trust the place they are staying at. I do not trust this place. read more

We booked boarding online. After sending our application and shots records, along with a deposit we thought we were all set up for our dogs care. The night before we were to fly out we received a text telling us we couldn't leave our dogs as not all off our vaccines we given by a vet. (We are state licensed dog breeders and travel all over the country showing our dogs) We have never had someone refuse our dogs because we gave some of our own shots. Our records have all the labels from the vaccination bottles along with the dates we administered them. Had it not been for Paws & Play down the street we would not have been about to fly out the next day. I would highly discourage you from leaving your pets here and instead go to Paws & Play. read more

We absolutely LOVE pet suits and so does our pup! We've been bringing him here since he was 6 months and he always comes back exhausted and tired all day the next day. Their facility is super clean and there's many different packages to choose from. I have a husky so we usually do the medium crate for a stay over and all day play the day before. All day play itself is only $25 and they play from 9-5pm! On days that he doesn't have all day play they take them out 3 times a day and feed them once in the morning and once at night. They also give medications and follow any dietary instructions (our boys needs a slow feeder so they supply one!!) I haven't had any complaints for the past 2 years that we've been going here and we will definitely continue to go here! read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I left my dog in their care for two weeks while I was out of the country. My dog is a 1 year old bernedoodle that had long hair. I requested the platinum services for my dog, and paid for extra services each week I was gone. I received updates that she was happy and getting along fine, and nothing else. When I landed back in the US, I had a voicemail saying they would have to completely shave my dog (including her face) because she had mats and dreadlocks over her entire body. When I texted them trying to figure out what was going on (I was going through customs and trying to catch my connecting flight), they texted me that brushing a dog was not included in their platinum services, not was it covered in the additional grooming costs I paid. They said it would have costed me an additional $5 a day to have her brushed. What made me livid was not the extra cost--it was the fact that I was never given the option!! Of course I would have paid an extra $5 a day--after all I was already paying over $1200 in other services! Instead, my dog had to suffer being extremely uncomfortable and covered in mats during her stay. I also find it extremely difficult to believe that they groomed her twice during her stay like I asked (and paid extra for)! Since the grooming a we're equally spaced out--how did they not come into any matting issues the first round of grooming? It doesn't make sense. On top of that, my dog had anxiety and ate part of her bed while boarded. They were unable to tell me if anyone took it away from her, or if they allowed her to continue to ingest it, and if so how much she ingested. She's already had stomach surgery once before and now I'm afraid she might have a black age because she's had diarrhea since coming home and now I'm monitoring her to see if I need to bring her into the vet. This facility is completely irresponsible in their care for animals. Do not use their services. read more

We boarded our 70 lb. puppy while we were on vacation. We took her there for 3 "play dates" before we left to acclimate her to the environment. While we were away, they sent us pictures and daily updates. Now we take her at least once a week so she can play with her buddies. She loves it there. The staff is friendly and responsive. They also follow through with requests. Since she is high energy, they recommended a shorter amount of time playing and more break time. It really worked well. The facility is kept clean and they really know how to keep the pets happy and safe. It's obvious that they enjoy their jobs. We also like how efficient and painless the drop-off and pick-up process is. read more

They are honestly really great! Today I took my fur baby to them for her first ever doggy daycare. The staff was super nice to me and my pup right off the bat. They answered all my questions and insured me that Bellatrix was going to be okay. After she got her evaluation they immediately texted me and update on bella. Along with that I was able to call and get an update and they were more than happy to do so. When I went to go pick her up the staff member that came out was amazing as well. Very informative on her day and how good she was during daycare. Bella also got a bath and she is softer than ever and they did a great job on her toe nails. All they said was you should take it to the vet. you would think someone would have called beforehand if there was a problem etc. The cat was shoved in a box and left without care for the entire stay. depending on cats health from vet. we may sue them. I really liked a the staff super friendly and sweet and I think my babies enjoyed their time there. I don't know what happened but the first couple days that they were home they didn't want to eat much had bad poop and vomited, so I'm not saying it was this facility but I had them at Happy Paws before and when I brought them home they were fine. read more

Our scheduled for our dogs to stay while we were out of the country in a classic suite, no extra because they don't watch tv and will tear up everything--one is dog aggressive and the other is not yet neutered. We get to a $2k bill--they put the dogs in a luxury suite with the bronze package. I asked to see the form that I completed when I dropped them off and of course it was modified with a different signature than mine. We didn't get any services we requested such as the bath but they added on all these extra services. They said in the past we paid for greater services but we have email confirmations with the services we requested from their company. Do not bring your beloved pets here! If they will modify forms to scam, they definitely won't properly care for your pets. I will be following up with every government agency, BBB and pursuing every legal avenue to stop these scammers. This was my first time boarding my dog and I was extremely pleased. They were very helpful beforehand by providing all of the necessary information needed for dog boarding. When I arrived, they were very friendly and so sweet to my dog! Because she isn't spayed yet, she wasn't able to do the group play. Absolutely careless and dismissive. I booked my dog online for daycare and uploaded his records. After seeing a pending status, I called PetSuites to make sure my dog was ok to come. I had a very important meeting and wanted to make sure my dog was taken care of. I spoke with a staff member who assured me that my dog was ok to come for the day. When I arrived, the person who was checking me in said that my dog's records were out of compliance since it didn't show his influenza shot and I was told then my dog could not stay for the day. Even though I appreciate the care, better communication and attention to the details of his records would have gone a long way. Due to their lack of care and attention while booking, I did not have time to find care for my dog and missed a very important meeting, in which I am dealing with the consequences now. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and I hope better training and management is in your future. In the meantime I am looking for a more responsible dog daycare that understands the importance of checking paperwork before confirming an appointment. I was really apprehensive about leaving my dog for the weekend because we have only left him with family or friends and at 8 years old, I wasn't sure how he would do at a boarding facility. When speaking to representatives on the phone my husband and I kept saying that we were so pleased with their customer service. After a quick weekend trip we picked up our pup and he had thrown up on his blanket that we brought with us and they told us that they were in the process of washing it but that they would mail it to us. They sent his blanket to us OVERNIGHT with a sweet note. I truly was impressed with all interactions with the staff. You can tell that they truly care about all the animals in their care. Very disappointing day stay for our baby. We dropped him at 10 am and the person who took him back asked if we wanted solo or group play. We said that he could have group play. However, about 5 minutes after leaving him, my wife and I decided that given a recent injury to his leg, solo play would be better. We called back and let them know and we were told that would be no problem and they noted it. About 4 pm we called to let them know we would be there in about a half hour. We asked Neville, who answered the phone, how our dog's day was. He said he would go check and put us on hold. When he came back on we could hear the frustration in his voice as he told us that it looked like our dog may not have gotten play time. He said he saw on his file that he would get only solo time, but couldn't confirm that had actually happened. When we called back to pick our dog up at 4:30, Neville again answered and told us he'd be out shortly. When he brought our dog out, he let us know (again, with sadness and frustration in his voice) that it looked like our dog hadn't gotten any play time at all due to a mix up. He apologized and told us that he wouldn't charge us and would note it in our dog's file for next time so it didn't happen again. There won't be a next time -- we can no longer trust that PetSuites will provide our dog anything more than a potty walk. (We could have left him at home for 6.5 hours, but wanted him to have some activity.) My wife has been in tears all evening because she feels she abandoned our dog to sit in a kennel all day instead of having free reign of our house. This would be a 1 or 2 star review but is getting 3 stars solely because of Neville. We could tell he truly cared and felt our frustration. He offered a free stay without us asking and handled the situation very well. Whatever training he received was outstanding (or maybe that's just who he is as a person). But, the situation should never have arisen. We gave PetSuites a shot but we'll be switching back to Pet Paradise where he always gets play time and we get updates. (PS -- we also never got a photo, which the girl who we dropped our dog off with said we would receive. Pet Paradise always provides photos...) read more

Great location, nice employees, but confusing fees I was so exited when Petsuites opened a new location just 2 minutes way from my house, I was traveling almost 20 miles each time I need my dog in a boarding place. however, I am very disappointed how they play with the customers to make the pet' owners to pay more for what it is initially estimated. My pet is a 95 pounds mixed dog, so, my options with it are: large room (cage) $ 40 or townhouse (a larger cage with tv) 56. however, the large cage doesn't have playtime as the other dogs and stays mostly in the cage, while the townhouse keeps the dog playing and uses the cage for resting. If my dog has the large cage and I want it to play with other dogs, it is another 25 dollars... if I want an employee to pet my dog, it is another 18 dollars. If I can't pick up my pet before 12:00 pm but at 6:00 pm, my options are: paying another day or paying daycare until 8:00 pm. it is what I was told. however, if you think that taking the daycare will save me 15 dollars... it doesn't, they charged me for the daycare and another day, because each dog must have its own cage to rest. I ended paying daycare and another day: 65 or 40 more that what I expected. in conclusion, I do not recommend this place at least you are willing to lose some money while you learn how it works, for me, rather continue traveling 20 miles, at least I know how much I have to pay at the end: I was paying 35 per day, 150 per 5 days and go on.... read more

Earlier this month I had a different day care called " all creatures pet lodge" discriminate against my pit bull mix named blu and deny her stay there. Lucky for me & my mom we found pet suites in winter springs the staff there took great care of my dog and even texted us pictures of her during play time and gave us updates on her while we were away! She got to play 2hours a day which is awesome compared to other dog daycares. I truly appreciate how the staff here took care of her and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and have fun on her first trip away from home! read more

I'm taking the time to write this because of a negative post about Memorial Day Weekend, my dogs were there for that weekend, in fact my Lola is a rescue and was severely abused before we got her. They send me pictures of her and Sammy during individual playtime, this was the first time that I actually saw that Lola was happy. Please people just go to the facility and ask for a tour, you will be glad you did take the time to talk to the staff they are helpful. read more

I've been pleasantly surprised! My dogs go nuts when they realize they are coming here! Love PetSuites Winter Springs and I wish they were closer to home so I could use them more often! I use this location when I have jobs in the area and know I'll be gone all day. I was very nervous putting my dogs in this setting. I have one dog who isn't a fan of most other dogs and they have the availability of dayboarding for him which is very hard to find. This allows him to mostly be around humans as he prefers. My other dog loves to play with dogs! So daycare is perfect for him! They are affordable and provide great customer service. I am quite the helicopter dog mom and anytime I have issues/ questions/ concerns they are very attentive and nice about it. I had some questions about why my dog didn't get everything in his grooming and they were quick to correct it. Again, great customer service. My one complaint is I wish they sent me more pictures and "pawgress" reports in the portal. I have only gotten one photo of one dog and pawgress report since we have been going and would love to see more! But that is more my personal preference and not a real issue :) I don't trust my dogs with much of anybody and these are good people and I feel relieved on days they're with them! read more

We recently had our dog stay for one week. When we picked up our dog we were surprised to find her towel wet with urine. Her bed also. It made us wonder how long she was left in this disgusting situation. She never urinates on her bed or towels so we began to wonder if she really was being walked. I dont trust anything this establishment says and doubt now whether she was given playtime or any time out of cage. When my friend picked up her dog from Pet Suites her dog also had a wet towel. When taking your furry friends to a boarding facility you always want and expect the experience for your furry friend to be nothing but top notch and fun for them. After all your paying for the service, correct? So when you take them to PetSuites in Winter Springs that is still the same factor, you want them to be treated with love and care as you would at home. I mean one of the mottos is in fact "For the love of pets" which means that they will and should do everything they can to make sure they are treated with love, care, respect, and given the best experience. Let me start by saying that most reviews, some don't take them as serious because of the fact that this may be an angry customer who didn't get their way or something around that nature. BUT I am an actual Employee/Former Employee of this facility. And I am here to speak about them and it is with a heavy heart that I am going to expose this facility for the sham that it is. If you have boarded your lovely furry friend for Memorial weekend please I beg you and I beg all existing customers and new customers do NOT bring them back! Before I begin I would like to state that the employees are NOT to blame, Francheska and Kimberly are the managers at this establishment and are the ones who make the calls on what happens with your pets while they are in the facility. The employees let me start by saying that they love all your furry friends and hate seeing what is going on in this facility but cannot speak up for fear of loosing their jobs. Now getting to the point of this review! For Memorial Day weekend these managers told staff members to make sure we over booked our resort and tell no customer "No" or "Sorry we're booked full", why that is? Of course to make as much money as possible. However, overbooking the resort where will all these pets be placed? Yes the resort is big and has multiple rooms available however that wasn't the case. Would you like to know where your pets slept? How they ate? Or how playtime went? Well for pets in suites with gold packages they were sleeping in crates along the back of the resort. The same crates they utilize for puppy pre-school. Kimberly and Francheska approved this by stating "Dogs with gold packages and that are group approved can go in crates since they can have All Day Play". How would you feel knowing your pet is playing for 8 hours but being subjected to sleeping in a crate? Group ends at 5pm and from then on your fur baby was in a crate the rest of the day and all night, NOT to mention in the morning before playtime's even began! At one point a dog that I will not name was sleeping in a play room because his room was booked and not available! You ask where did these beautiful babies eat? Well in our potty yards of course! Yes you read that correctly, your pets ate their breakfast, lunches and dinners in potty yards. The same potty yards used for going to the bathroom. You could imagine being over booked with little staff that sometimes these pets ate in dirty potty areas. Disgusting right?! Again this was the daily plan created by the two managers that run this establishment. Playtime! Who doesn't love good ol 'play times! Well for those whose pets have been labeled as "Individual" or for pets who aren't neutered or spayed you would pay to get solo play for 30 minutes as advertised. However I am sad to tell you your pets only "played" for 2 minutes, yes that's correct, 2 minutes. I would also like to add that while they received this 2 minute play it was not in the yard that they usually play in. They were brought out to the potty yards. These managers made these decisions, yet I am sure most or all of these pet parents did not know anything about what was going on. And when calling to check on your pet I'm sure you were told "they're having a great time!" Group playtime's, in groups with over 25 dogs they still leave one person in charge of watching all those pets because they are so understaffed. One person cannot watch 25+ pets in a yard when all of these pets have such different personalities! HOWEVER these so called managers, if you can even call them managers. Have let numerous dogs that are aggressive or have shown aggressive behavior back in group because they rather keep your business and money than do the right thing. FOR EXAMPLE, a dog bit another dog for no reason whatsoever. The dog that got bit was bleeding and had a deep wound. What happened to the aggressor? Oh well they are still in a group playing with your pet. Another pet has bitten multiple employees and attacked other dogs and shows signs of aggression yet they are also still in group. read more
