My puppy had a small scratch on his face and we took him to get checked out and he got proscribed antibiotics for it and got his ears and Crystal is who handles everything after getting your pet and she is awesome!! She went out of her way to help us and she is so sweet!!! Puppy is healing perfectly and is so so happy and he is an amazing dog, he is super quiet and smart. He learned how to do "paw" and "sit" instantly. He is a huge cuddle bug and he has not chewed on anything at all other than his bones or toys and he loves to play outside with bigger dogs and there is NOT a single ounce of aggression in him. I am so happy I came here even though not everyone has the same experience I am glad I got so lucky with such an amazing pup. The small nick on his face is not a huge deal because accidents happen and things like this can even happen at a groomers. I am so grateful for Crystal and the amazing team at this location!! Sold me the wrong puppy and wouldnt provide correct documentation which withheld my puppy care. They also allow the puppies to get abused by each other. I honestly regret my purchase so much after doing research about this company. please stay away. puppies are overpriced you can find the same dog for like half price from a REAL breeder and it will be better taken care of and not in a glass cage all day. when I went to the store to confront I was tresspased by cops "reason below" . they will reply with some bs response because there scum. read reviews on every site lmao. This place was awful. All of the dogs are locked in glass cages even ones that are way too big. They're all skinny. You can see their ribs. I asked to play with a bigger dog and they acted very strange about it. All of the workers gave me different prices. The dog looked like she was struggling to walk because she can't move in there. She's too big. She was scared when the worker picked her up, and when she was next to me, she kept hiding behind my legs when the worker walked by. I hope this place can get shut down. I chose a puppy from the Oklahoma store. Yes, it was too pricey with too many puppies needing homes, so I resisted and did not buy, but...was told another puppy was available for less. Excited, I saw the photo and wanted to get that beautiful puppy instead. They were to send an invoice for me to pay, but it never came. Next morning, couldn't reach the person, but got another staff member to confirm that puppy was NOT even available. It would have been nice for the employee to fess up and appologize, but instead ducked my calls. Nearly gave up, but...another similar and gorgeous puppy was available, and after reviewing that puppy (all similar breeds I was looking for), the send the invoice, and I paid. He had to be taken from OK to Dallas, then Dallas to Houston area. It took about 7 days, but went to pick him up. All paperwork was filled out online, yet I waited 45 minutes, though I told them I only had 1/2 hour, and ensured that would be enough time. The puppy I chose (earlier picture posted) and the 5 month old dog I picked up were VERY different. LOL He was still so darn cute, and his hair was crazy long. So, I brought him home and will say this. Vet check went well, following week we neutered him and he was so well taken care of. he wasn't afraid, shy, withdrawn or anything. He loves people and playing, and so for THAT alone, and being healthy, I am very glad I bought the dog. An all white male Maltipoo, in which is now the joy of my life (except the fact we are potty training). :-) I honestly would recommend them on my experience if you are looking for a healthy animal based on my one experience. But, after I purchased my pup, his photo remained online nearly a week! So others may have chose him, yet been disappointed. They need to be more organized and dedicated to web updates. read more

Got this little boy from pettito he had a small cough and got told it was bc he was just hungry which was a lie when we brought him home he would eat or drink water and was coughing bad also had blood in his stool, you get told they cover vet bills in the first 5 days "They do not" we had to take him to the vet and had to have multiple stuff done he had a upper respiratory infection also had Giardia get is a parasite and disease which pettito didn't try to help cover even though we received him with all of his sicknesses. We did not have a good experience with pettito we are happy we were able to get him though and help him he probably would have passed away if we don't get him. This was just such a sad and heartbreaking sight to see. Over 40 puppies piled into tiny glass cages. Literally drinking out of rabbit/hamster water feeders and almost no food to be seen. 6-7 puppies sharing one cage together with such little access to food and water and barely any place to lay without being on top of each other. Some of the cages were so dirty because water was making some of the food and dirt muddy and the puppies were sleeping on top of it. No sign of anyone cleaning it up or taking care of the puppies or their space. These type of businesses should never have existed as they are extremely cruel and inhumane. I hope the owners and workers there rethink this business and stop breeding animals for their gain. They are living beings and the owners are sick and heartless for partaking in this type of buisness. read more

Horrible experience. Felt so bad for all of the dogs in there. They have ZERO SPACE to move around, this one golden retriever was half the size of her glass cage. They also have about a 10x5 ft space behind the cages where the dogs can "play". Absolutely unacceptable. Don't know how or why this place is still running. read more

Do not shop here. The store was super hot where the puppies were panting and very thirsty. There was no water in their hamster water dispenser. These dogs are very expensive. Also, you can buy cute dogs at the shelter for $35 ALSO, go look at their reviews on the Better Business Bureau! Great insight on how they really are. Another edit to add, they give these puppies sedatives to sleep while they are in these cages. read more

My service dog was denied access as the lady said he was aggressive while just laying there doing his job. We had just come from the zoo which is a lot more for a dog with this level of training than a couple dogs BEHIND GLASS. They were EXTREMELY rude and called security. Continuously talked over me when I tried to explain the laws. This is a federal offense that can go to court. Do better. read more

Our service dog was denied entry because we were told by the employees we posed a threat to the puppies that they get for sale. They said because they were not vaccinated. That the service dog apposed a threat. I got 3 security guards called on me. The ada laws were right I stated we were aloud. She point out were it states something else not pretaining to the situation at hand. Then I found out she told the security guard she didn't want the big dog in her store.
