I've had sick dogs, surgery performed (Dr. Lejeune even talked through different options and associated costs), had to put down 2 dogs :( (and they were super caring during process), and even had puppies get started with them. They respond to after-hours email questions regularly, and also remind me when it's time to schedule any follow up appointments. They always have a treat and a petting for my dogs whenever I bring them in...who can ask for more?!?!?!

I had to have her put to sleep on February 21 as they wasted a week with no care for my dog. I was given low fat food and told to feed her this. There were no instructions and the vet never talked to me. If she had had sufficient care it is possible Abby would have come through, but they did not care , except to tell me there would be extra charge to use a credit card. I carried her to another vet, but by then it was too late. The danger was irreversible. She went into kidney failure and I had to put my heart dog to sleep. All because they were so uncaring, would not talk to me and gave no hint as to the care she needed. It still makes me so angry remembering the, rude girl hanging up on me when I called and wanted to talk to the vet. Unbeknown to me they did not have a regular vet only temps, and techs at some points, I was told by one of the staff later, the doctors who started the practice had retired and sold out to a chain. Whether this is true I don't know, but why would she lie.

I took my ederly shih tzu that we adopted about 2 months ago. We took her here about a week or two after we adopted her, the shelter we got her from found her as a stray & we had concerns with her skin on her tummy being really dark, flaky & it smelled baddd. I figured she had an infection or something but when we took her to this place the vet did absolutely no tests on her. Didn't offer any to us. He did give us a shampoo and another topical thing to put on her which did not help. We also had concerns with her eye being reallyyy boogery and dry. They just told us to give her human eye drops which didnt help. I have another dog who I usually take to Petco & I decided to take her there to see if they could give me better options. i figured she had an infection and I was right. We went today to Petco & they did tests on her right away on her skin & even on her eye & she has yeast & bacterial infection on her skin which would have been caught earlier if this place did what they should have done. The eye we had concerns about was producing no tears thats why it was so dry. Petco gave her a shot, antibiotics & a shampoo to help her skin. They gave us an ointment for her eye & as soon as we used it after her shower she got the zoomies cause it felt better immediately! I think its crazy the vet we saw didn't attempt to do any tests on her at all, just looked at her and made a guess. Very disappointing we spent money here and it went to waste. The only thing i will continue to use from them are prescriptions for heartworm prevention. I know everyone has different experiences but i definitely dont recommend.

Decided to try since new owners and to see if I felt the same. Last year I had to put down one of my dogs due to an illness that was not treatable. The new staff and Vet were so nice and loving and worked with me in costs that in a time like that means a lot. This week my other dog had some allergies so I called the office and asked if I could stop by for a shot as soon as they open. The staff that helped stared no problem come in at 8am and we will have you in and out right away. I arrived at 7:50 and after letting my dog go potty went inside approx 7:55. Welcomed and greeted by the staff by my dogs name which I thought was a nice touch and my dog got her shot ASAP and I was out the door by 8:15-8:20 Very convenient, fast and great service with care... price was fair I recommend this vet to anyone in the Hockley/Waller area..even if in cypress not to far of drive
