He needed X-rays, and while the results took a bit longer, the process was thorough and reassuring. Overall, we were there for about two hours, and the best news of all: my pup is perfectly okay and didn't swallow any foil. They even called me the next day to check in on him. The staff is always friendly and professional. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The quality of the service seemed to have gone downhill, and I wasn't thrilled with the results this time. (The before and after photos they send from the cleaning never look like my dogs teeth. They may edit the photos.) To make matters worse, they've increased their prices dramatically. For what they charge now for large dogs, you might as well go to the vet for a full deep clean. It used to be a fraction of the price, making it a convenient and affordable option, but now I'm questioning if it's even worth it anymore. If they could match the service with the price, it might be a different story, but at this point, I'll be looking into other options.
