Unfortunately, I feel the quality of care has declined significantly, and it now seems to be more about money than quality care. In February, I took one of my dogs in for a dental cleaning and to have a fatty lump removed from under his belly. Before the procedure, he did have knee issues that would occasionally cause his kneecaps to slip, and I was fully aware of that. However, after the surgery, he was never the same. He struggled to stand, walk, and get around in ways he never had before. I brought him back to the clinic multiple times after his procedure because I was concerned about the dramatic change. Each time, I was told it was due to his knees. I explained that, while he had pre-existing knee problems, his condition had changed drastically after the procedure. I also had the main doctor at the hospital evaluate my dog and hear my concerns, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. This morning, I had to take my baby to another vet and make the heartbreaking decision to let our boy go because his quality of life had declined so severely, and he had a really rough night. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I couldn't allow him to continue suffering. I'm not writing this to bash anyone. I just wish the quality was still there so animals didn't have to suffer, especially after I had taken him back multiple times after the procedure and explained that multiple people agreed he was never like this until afterward. I showed videos of how his legs would swing in, which was not happening before surgery. I also had to keep providing him with pain medication. I'm simply sharing my personal experience because I believe other pet owners should be aware of the care being given and make informed decisions. Sadly, I no longer have confidence in the level of care I once received here. I honestly feel it's all about the money and trying to get as many clients in and out as possible, and I also feel their prices have become high. I hope no other family has to experience what we did.

They immediately asked me to bring our kitty in. The vet was readily available. He had fluid in his abdomen and a fever. Labs were taken and he has the disease Feline Infectious Peritonitis. It is a type of mutated feline coronavirus. Was immediately given steroids and will begin treatment which has only been available for a couple of years. I rushed him to the ER, and thankfully there weren't many patients ahead of us; we were seen within about 20 minutes. The facility was clean, calm, and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff was incredibly friendly, and you could truly tell they cared by the thoughtful questions they asked and their gentle, compassionate demeanor with my pup. He needed X-rays, and while the results took a bit longer, the process was thorough and reassuring. Overall, we were there for about two hours, and the best news of all: my pup is perfectly okay and didn't swallow any foil. They even called me the next day to check in on him. Not something I expected, but that extra touch really shows their genuine care for the animals they serve. If you ever find yourself in a scary situation with your furry loved one, I would absolutely recommend this pet ER. Caring, professional, and worth every minute for peace of mind.

After explaining the euthanasia process to us three times (!!), Tina allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye before making the final call. Over priced service!! I've been taking my dog to this pet dental clinic for a while now because…read morethey offer teeth cleaning without the need for anesthesia. The staff is always friendly and professional. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The quality of the service seemed to have gone downhill, and I wasn't thrilled with the results this time. (The before and after photos they send from the cleaning never look like my dogs teeth. They may edit the photos.) To make matters worse, they've increased their prices dramatically. For what they charge now for large dogs, you might as well go to the vet for a full deep clean. It used to be a fraction of the price, making it a convenient and affordable option, but now I'm questioning if it's even worth it anymore. If they could match the service with the price, it might be a different story, but at this point, I'll be looking into other options.
