Great clinic if you need shots and preventative for a lower cost. They recommend specialists when needed.

Cheap services, but if you don't wear a mask during a pendemic you don't deserve more than a one star review.

Andrus was amazing about hearing my concerns about my pet and then helping me to solve and resolve all of my concerns.

They got us in the day I called and provided expert recommendations for our dogs who have been patients there and have stayed at the kennel over the years. The kennel team came to say good bye to them as well. After their passing we got sympathy cards with hand written notes in them and then a beautiful bouquet. While it's been a difficult time their kind words, professional guidance and compassion has helped us.

I have been taking my pets to Cypress Fairbanks Animal Hospital for years, long before they moved…read moreinto their new building. Unfortunately, I feel the quality of care has declined significantly, and it now seems to be more about money than quality care. In February, I took one of my dogs in for a dental cleaning and to have a fatty lump removed from under his belly. Before the procedure, he did have knee issues that would occasionally cause his kneecaps to slip, and I was fully aware of that. However, after the surgery, he was never the same. He struggled to stand, walk, and get around in ways he never had before. I brought him back to the clinic multiple times after his procedure because I was concerned about the dramatic change. Each time, I was told it was due to his knees. I explained that, while he had pre-existing knee problems, his condition had changed drastically after the procedure. I also had the main doctor at the hospital evaluate my dog and hear my concerns, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. This morning, I had to take my baby to another vet and make the heartbreaking decision to let our boy go because his quality of life had declined so severely, and he had a really rough night. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I couldn't allow him to continue suffering. I'm not writing this to bash anyone. I just wish the quality was still there so animals didn't have to suffer, especially after I had taken him back multiple times after the procedure and explained that multiple people agreed he was never like this until afterward. I showed videos of how his legs would swing in, which was not happening before surgery. I also had to keep providing him with pain medication. I'm simply sharing my personal experience because I believe other pet owners should be aware of the care being given and make informed decisions. Sadly, I no longer have confidence in the level of care I once received here. I honestly feel it's all about the money and trying to get as many clients in and out as possible, and I also feel their prices have become high. I hope no other family has to experience what we did.

I have a toy poodle with diabetes. She gets insulin shots twice each day. Her new vet, Fairfield Animal Hospital, takes great care of her and I would recommend over this dump. Her insulin was recently increased and seems to be working nicely. However, we have almost run out of vetsulin for her and they did not have any in stock. This leads me to the reason for this review. I called Banfield and they actually HAVE the vetsulin in stock. However, I was told they could not sell me the bottle because my dog had not been there recently. The HAVE the medicine, but won't sell it to me even though I have prescription in hand.Fifi Even you want your dog cared for and loved, STAY AWAY from BANFIELD CYPRESS! Find another vet that actually cares about all animals, whether you've used their services recently or not. This is completely heartless!

I had a recent experience where upon booking my dog I was told he was due for less check ups than he was actually due for and the prices I was quoted were way off. I was initially quoted $75 for the office visit (accurate) and approximately 20-25 for a nail clipping (also accurate) and approximately 25 for fecal/deworming which was wildly inaccurate. The price for that was in reality $78 and that is not counting the other injections my dog needed which were not quoted to me at the time of booking. In summary I was initially quoted and budgeted for a price of $120 and my total actual charges were $270
