In my opinion, Integrity Automotive definitely lives up to their name. When I was experiencing a stalling issue with my SUV, they were able to get me in as soon as the next day with same-day drop off. They looked over my car first thing and gave me a call to discuss their recommendations. They started with the easiest and least expensive option to troubleshoot my problem, and did not try to sell me on thousands of dollars of things that might be the issue up front. It turns out, thankfully, the easiest solution worked, and I was able to pick up my car the same day. Before finding this place, I was taking my car to one of the more popular chains in town that I won't name. I was driving out of Crestwood on the way to Norton Commons when the indicator only dash signaled that my tire pressure was low on my rear tire. Luckily I was about a mile from Pewee Valley Auto. I pulled and right away Todd came out to great me and asked what he could do. I told him my problem and he said I'l check your tires and see what's going on. When he got to the right rear it was way low of pressure. So he said to pull over in front of a bay and he would take off the tire and check for the problem. As soon as he got it off he could see that I had just run over a roofing nail. He said to hang on and he could fix it in five minutes. He did and then reinstalled my tire. I asked how much and he said no charge. I could not let that happen so I thanked him and put a $20 in his hand. I was very fortunate that they were so close. I wish they were closer to where I live as I would take all my automotive business to them. What a great local business. read more

First I was told the would take a look at it that day! It was the close on the next day. I told them I wanted a original equipment and no remanufactured parts. They agreed since the price was going to be $953 dollars. I go to pick up the car I cannot get my car out it's blocked in second came get my hood open to check out the work that was done. The final straw was a put a remanufactured alternator on my car for $953 I did not agree to. I took my Lexus here after a family member told me they really know what they are doing here and they are people you can trust. It is hard to find a honest mechanic who really is an expert at what they do, now find that at reasonable prices.....good luck. You can always go to the Lexus dealer to get it done right, but you pay the premium price. Save yourself a ton of money and get the same quality work done here. My old 1997 Buick La Sabre had its first major problem while attending a conference in Crestwood, KY, near Louisville, 100 miles north of my home. I have AAA, but the least expensive package that allows free towing up to 3 whole miles (I've got to upgrade that). I was about to panic and then I remembered "Yelp." I searched nearby auto repair and found Pewee Valley Auto Service at the top of the page with 4.5 stars, 1.1 miles from where I was, and reviews that gave me confidence to give them a try. Bob, the owner answered my call and was actually able to diagnose my problem over the phone. After Bob told me all kinds of things about my make and model of car I was sure he knew what e was doing so I had my car towed there while I completed the conference. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the entire team; also to be commended is the promptness, proficiency, and honesty. And the pricing is reasonable as well. The people in the shop were quite friendly, and the car is shifting exactly how a car with a new clutch cable should shift.
