Since my bike had to get ship from a different store they were very communicative and made sure I got my bike after having to wait through the holidays. The gave me a run down of the bike and addons. The tire warranty they had was pretty good but i wasn't in the place to take it since it's not going to be my primary vehicle. There was quite a wait since it was kind of busy. I was ready to buy and wished it did not take that long. I've been to other shops that had less of back and forth.

Review for QZ cycle…read more John is the best. I regularly ride at over 120MPH and I know that every nut and bolt could be the difference between life and death. I wouldn't trust anyone except John with my cycle. Ii took a little while to schedule in and with good reason, John is busy because he can be trusted does good work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do it. I am so glad to have found someone in Austin that can be trusted to do the job right. In the end I had 1 clogged jet, 1 jet not seating right, a broken intake boot, and a cracked exhaust pipe. He repaired all of that, and also flushed all my fluids and checked my tires. On that note good thing he checked they were way off. What impressed me most is that he personally rides everything after working on it. He told me the back tire broke loose for him. I have been riding that bike for years and never gotten the tire to break loose, so I know he didn't take it lightly on her. I love that when someone not only talks the talk but walks the walk. The fact that he got down on it hard enough to spin a tire tells me a lot. Now she purrs like a kitten with that deep loud rumble she had when I first got her, no more idle problems, and the response time when I roll on it is 1000% better. Honest and good trustworthy work that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, sign me up for that!!! this man is complete nice guy, brought him a rim to put a tire on, and balance, mind you it was…read morefresh painted and I waited three week for paint and clear coat to fully cure, Brought it to this man and he said I'm real carful with new painted rims, did not use a jaw cover and drove a spoon into the paint causing me to repaint a quarter of side rim over, hell what's another 7 hours of fixing right. After almost having it simi better i see he didn't even balance it. In my opinion he's a hack not because he didn't balance the tire but because he felt the job he did on my stuff was less important than other things he was doing in the shop. Lesson Get my own balancer and tire mounter and stay away from people who don't care to do the right thing.

Ducati Austin let me down. Had a recall on my V4r. I texted their customer correspondence bot on…read moretheir web page which ordinarily met with a pretty quick response in the past. This time no one replied. Several more texts, and nothing. I sent an email to Service, and still nothing. This I admit, was unusual. So I ultimately emailed again and cc'd one of the owners. That response was quick with a referral to their service department to schedule the recall work. The service department never replied. Finally I called and they said they had to order the parts and they would call me when the parts arrived. That never happened. So, I decided that this response probably was indicative of the level of work they would have performed.. I took the bike to Plano at European Cycle Sports after they responded right away, had the part in stock and took me the following week. Great service and great team. I purchased a new 2025 Desert X while I was there and they even delivered it to me. Could not ask for better service. I'm done with Ducati Austin.

Called this shop to get my tire replaced using my new tire and tube , he quoted me $30 on the…read morephone... I dropped it off and he told me he only uses ceramic beads for balancing... I said fine because that's what I've always used. Thought balancing was included and he didn't quote me any more cost - picked up my rim and tire and was charged a $50 bill ...$17 for a couple of tablespoons of beads ? needless to say I feel that's really screwed up ! I should of been told of the price difference... Hell I had beads at home ... I'm still walking funny from my experience there ... very sad ... seemed like a nice guy . I understand a guy has overhead but you don't need to screw the customer to get there. BEWARE !

Called in the morning to see about getting a new radiator fan for my bike. I had the part, just…read moreneeded it installed. Was super friendly and said he could get me in quick. I dropped off my bike a couple hours later and he had it ready to go the same day. Quote he gave me was accurate and no surprise. Rode home & everything worked as expected. Will for sure be bring my bike here in the future.

Saw a bike on Sunday. Told me he couldn't sell on Sundays. So after I confirmed what bike I wanted…read moreto get (on Monday), I told him I could be there on Friday to pay and do the paperwork. Messages me Thursday and tells me he sold the bike. WTF? He was like "you didn't pay a deposit". I had cash on-hand that Sunday WHEN I SAW THE BIKE, but he never mentioned a deposit. After he said me the Buyer's Order, I confirmed on Monday what bike I wanted but HE NEVER MENTIONED A DEPOSIT. Apparently, there was an interested buyer for the bike that I wanted on Wednesday - never gave me a heads up that I should pay up or he's going to sell it to that buyer. Guess this is the way he treats his customers.
