He says something to else is wrong and I hv to buy a super cooper cleaner like $40 to add, and the pool still looks brown. When I told the old Man he got mad at me and say the equipment won't start. Finally realized they aren't very experience with people who know about pool. Someone recommended their pool guys in my subdivision and I tried them out, have to drain the whole pool Out $380 water bill, fix what they mess up about $1000 , finally have a shiny blue pool again. This lesson taught me not to look up Random contractors who has no credentials and their company has fly by the night contractors . It looks like a kindergarteners art project. There are also 11 clumps of plaster that were dropped on the floor of the pool! I wound up hiring a leak detection company. The leak was never where the minor cracks were. It was coming from the spa. Oh...and my new pool company....they actually showed up to clean my pool the day after the derecho storm where most everyone was without power! That's a professional company with outstanding service! The issue here is he has grown and a few things have fell short but we have been overlooking them until recently. He has hired "helpers" to clean the pools in most areas, I haven't seen him come out in months in return we have been receiving subpar cleanings, I have had to recently call them back out because his helper didn't get the air out of my system when he left and it continued to gurgle for over 24 hours! I will attach an email where his company sent out, our AGREED price was always $185.00 period! I noticed these last 2 months I'm paying over $200 now, he says well we sent an email out but NOWHERE in this email states he is starting to raise the price due to this new payment method, he knew what he was doing and snuck in this on the customers without their knowledge, I would have cancelled when they first changed if this would have been in the email. He was very DECEIVING by doing this. After a year of service he sends this message out, Good Afternoon Just heads up. We are making changes to the monthly pool service. Going forward the monthly pool service will based of a 4 week pool maintenance visit. For example this month had 5 visits and we are not charging for that 5th visits. 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29 Oh so now you are charging per 4 weeks now moving forward, not monthly. SHADY! I called Javier and explained my issue with him, and his clerk says he's adamant about the extra charge. No problem, I don't have to hire you my pool is very easy to maintain and I have options. If you weren't SHADY and trying to sneak more money out of me in the first place I wouldn't have cancelled. I would AVOID this company, for over $200/month you can get someone that isn't a helper cleaning your pool!

We used Delta Pool Renovations to completely refresh our saltwater pool (see before and after…read morepictures). After 18 years, the quartz pool surface was chipping away and marred with severe rust stains. It didn't look inviting at all. The flagstone coping was also looking a bit ragged. Despite annual sealing, some of the flagstone coping was chipping and falling apart. The tile around the border of our pool was faded and the mastic sealant on our decking was peeling away and plants were happily growing in the cracks. Our stone waterfall had white mineral deposits that added to the "aged" look. It was time for drastic action. I consulted with four different pool renovations companies, and Humberto at Delta Pool Renovations immediately stood out for his responsiveness and confidence that he could make things look as good as new. Whereas other companies seemed to offer a piecemeal approach to their logistics, Humberto always treated all aspects of the project as a single package deal. This, along with the glowing praise from others in my neighborhood, was enough to win Delta Pool Renovations the job. After discussing our wants, Humberto put together a written bid and once we had that squared away, we went with Humberto to pick out materials. We ended up putting in new travertine coping, new glass tile for the spa and the pool, and of course, a new pool surface. Humberto's crew even rebuilt our spa spillway into the pool for a more modern look. Once everything was set, Humberto worked out a slot on his schedule and completed the entire job from start to finish in less than 10 days (I was blown away because other companies told me it would take at least 30 days). Humberto let me pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 after the coping was completed, and 1/3 at completion. I really liked the flexibility of these terms. All of the work was done to high standards. Humberto came by multiple times each day to check on progress and, in some cases, had the workers make corrections to keep things to his liking. There were absolutely no surprises in the process and all of the workers were respectful of our property. We selected the StoneScapes Micro Pebble for the pool and spa and love that it is durable and yet relatively smooth and easy on our feet. The new finish is gorgeous and, combined with the new coping, mastic, and bead blasting to remove mineral deposits on the rock wall, the pool really does look brand new. There was one thing that Humberto told me up front he would not be able to do and that is polishing the exposed cut-edge of the travertine coping. The exposed edge is totally fine, but I prefer a honed look so I'm taking up that project on my own. I would have rather just paid Humberto a bit extra to do it but he didn't have any workers with the right type of tools. I am thrilled with the work done by Delta Pool Renovations and strongly recommend you have them give you a bid for your pool remodel.

First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped
