The light in the frig is not working and some door shelves had broken. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is a total joke. They DO NoT take accountability for there poor services nor there lack of knowledge. I will NEVER allow them to come and work on anything in my home. I reported to my home insurance company as well and they are no longer going to recommend them to anyone. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of the company. The receptionist is lazy and useless and can't answer any questions at all. The service tech literally admitted that he was supposed to come by to diagnose the problem but he didn't want too so he ordered the wrong parts and wasted everyone's time. To the owner ..... I really don't like blasting a company, but after so many horrible experiences with this company, it's necessary. DO NOT TRUST PG APPLIACE ,they'll belittle you, they lie left and right. Make your appointments without telling you, then cancel them in the same matter and blame you for it not fitting your schedule. Then when you leave a honest crappy review, the woman calls you directly to confront you over your review in the rudest snobby attitude. The only one with a level head is the husband, he was the only kind one to deal with. I had my washer, oven and dishwasher go out and needed repair. I've posted about my washer before with a video on here, where it shakes and bangs so much that I actually have to push it back in my laundry room. My dishwashers jets stopped spinning and the water didn't get hot or fill all the way up. And finally my ovens touch panels didn't fully work. I was told it's normal for a washer to do that. I was argued with over how a dishwasher works and blown off and laughed at, after being told I'm just overly complicating things over my diswasher, when I expressed concerns that they weren't ordering parts that'll fix the issue. (Which they didn't fix the issue) I had many contacts with the American Homesheild over them and their absolutely horrible attitudes, and refusal to fix my appliances. Now they are refusing to finish the project even though they have received the parts, yet she lied and said they installed them. I'm just so glad I documented every contact with them because she claimed I was difficult to work with even though it was them that make it unbearable. I had to reach out to her since they never called me to schedule a appointment then waited a little over a month for her to get back with me just to tell me to look for a different company to come service my washer. GE said she's the only one in my location but they'll try to find someone else. Poor communication! Save your time and look for a different company to work with. Will definitely be calling GE to tell them our experience for them to find a different company to send their customers to. After reading their other reviews I'm not surprised this happened to us. Keep in mind Odessa is 30 minutes away from where I am and they couldn't get me scheduled? read more

Avoid this company. PG Services Appliance Repair was sent by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. Visit 1: "Diagnosed" exactly what I told them that dishes aren't drying and left without fixing it. Visit 2: Replaced a part, closed the ticket without even checking if it worked. It didn't. When I called back the next morning, they told my warranty company they no longer contract with them, less than 24 hours after being here. Now I'm starting over with a new contractor. Zero accountability. Wasted my time. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

We use Choice Home Warranty and they sent out PG Services to fix our dryer. The office was great when scheduling the service. They were backed up, but she was willing to try and get us in earlier, that didn't happen by the way so we waited a week. When the technician showed up he was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately. He said that he would have to get the repair approved with the warranty company and then order a part and that it would take an additional week. I believe that he could see that my wife was visibly upset and was able to call around and found the part. The dryer was fixed an hour later. Customer Service is terrible! We waited a week for appliance repair and today called to check on appointment time. We were never put on the books and now she is refusing to send someone because she said my husband cussed at her. All he said was their customer service sucks! She just didn't want to own up to her mistake! Even our home warranty called to confirm appointment earlier in the week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Refused to come finish a job... appointment was set for Friday, they called last minute to change the date & time... when asked if they could come early Saturday morning instead of Saturday afternoon, they refused... when they showed up at 4, he refused to remove the dishwasher, claiming it "could" be stuck to the tile... they said they would return if my son took out the old dishwasher as he had 2 other service calls.... it took my son and his small wife 10 minutes to remove it... when we called him back that the dishwasher was out, he claimed he didn't want to work after 5 so he would be back Monday morning...I told him no he wouldn't... he didn't care that we now have sewer stench in our house with 3 children 6 and under...2 with asthma... him and his wife are useless and I do not recommend!!!!!! read more
