He took his time breaking down why specific irons would or wouldn't work for my game, and he answered every question I threw at him -- even the ridiculous ones -- without ever making me feel like I was wasting his time. A very organized store of men's, women's and junior's apparel and equipment. I saw a top that I really liked and tried it on. Unfortunately their smallest size was huge on me. Well, drat! I could probably wear the junior wear but nothing there appealed to me. Many major brands of clothing grouped together by name. There were several golfers at the virtual driving range. A good way to keep cool and practice. There is also a putting area to practice the light touch. Whatever your golf needs, I am sure you will find it here. Staff are super helpful. I went in yesterday to look at clubs and after looking for awhile, no one approached me to see if I needed any help. I approached a counter where one salesman was working on something at the counter and another salesman that was just standing there. We made eye contact and he just turned away and walked away. The gentleman that was working, greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked my question and her answered me. This isn't the first time I e been in this store and been ignored or treated rudely. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one with a negative experience. I guess management doesn't read the reviews here. read more

So far, my experience at PGA Tour Superstore as a consumer looking to talk to someone about clubs was not that great. So I bought elsewhere. However, I booked a lesson with PGA teaching Pro, Brian Crawford after mixed experiences with outside instructors at a few golf courses that cost me almost $1700 over time. And WOW, I can see why Brian is PGATour Superstore Instructor of the Year. Having only been playing golf, shy of 2 years, and 2 years of bad habits, even after the other instructors, In just 2 lessons, I am already working on establishing new muscle memory in my swing that will give me more power/head speed, better ball contact and trajectory, and accuracy. It hasnt been easy but Brians approach with state of the art golf/swing simulators and literally physically placing my club in specific key locations to show the correct path of my club, is something no one else did or had the technology to do. And with each lesson, he provided computer captured images for review. I preperchase a 3 lesson page at a discount and have one lesson left. If I see the impovements on the golf course when applying what Brian is teaching, I will sign up for more. Thank you Brian, see you again in a couple short weeks. read more

Went in as a new female golfer looking to get fitted for clubs and was treated very disrespectfully by a sales man named Andrew. Without knowing my athletic ability or anything about me he automatically treated me like I was a child and continued to tell me how hard golf is. Went in for an irons fitting 4 days ago and was gonna play this week for the last time with my old irons and than trade it in for their double value trade in deal that suppose to last until 10/5/25. But found out they ended the double trade in deal yesterday because company was losing to much money. For a huge company like PGA Superstore to not honor the deal is mess up. I have been taking private golf lessons with Brian Crawford for almost two years. My game has dramatically improved and is continually getting better. I couldn't be happier with my lessons with Brian. He is extremely professional while also personable. He makes the lessons fun while being educational. His knowledge of the game and most importantly his ability to transfer his knowledge is beyond impressive. I am a professional corporate leadership trainer in Human behavior, so please don't take these compliments lightly. Brian is the biggest reason I continue to drive nearly 30 minutes to this PGA store. The rest of the staff are nice, but Brian stands out amongst them. I also appreciate Brian's patience with me as I've had decades of bad habits to break. He also knows when and how to work with how my body wants to react to the swing and doesn't try to force me into a one-size-fits-all mindset. I also appreciate that he is flexible with my tough schedule and can train me on Friday mornings when I am in town. As I travel frequently, early Friday's tend to be my only option. Brian opens the store an hour early to accommodate me. That is going above and beyond in my book. You all are lucky to have Brian Crawford on your team. And, I'm lucky to have him as my coach. I had booked an appointment for a golf lesson with Brian . I was there waiting out from the store before it opened. I got to My Bay that was empty. The instructor Brian showed up late, did not introduce himself looked at my clubs help me take some swings and didn't ask where my receipt was for my lesson nowhere did ask me to bring my receipt for my lesson and they sent me numerous emails about my lesson. He was more concerned if I paid for the lesson it would not continue. I did not have my receipt. He was rude. Never introduced himself didn't ask me my name or even why I was there. There are so many places you can get golf lessons and golf is on every corner in Arizona. I refuse to pay money for someone to be rude and not be on time. My time is just as valuable so I went to Van's golf shop on. Power Road bought a new bag have clubs re-gripped bought balls Tees a new glove and spent over $600 in the store because the service was fantastic. I will never go back to PGA superstore ever. Bought a used 3 wood it really was an awesome find. The cashier even remarked how it would have been foolish to pass it up. Very first swing, hitting only the ball, the head broke off and went 30 yards down the fairway. Brought it back thinking they would fix it or at least give me a discount on the shaft. I was wrong. Someone claiming to be the store manager first offered me a discount shaft and remarked that the broken shaft was double the price and said maybe he could give me free labor. He also blamed me for breaking the club and said he personally inspects everything that comes in so it had to be my fault. I asked to get my money back and he offered store credit only. After that interaction and basically being offered the cheapest shaft as if it was all I could afford I did not want to spend another dime in that store. I asked for the store manager or his boss and was told he was the final boss no one above him. Finally after a few minutes of him denying every option and another employee reminding him that there is a 90 day playability policy. The store manager refunded my money and I left with nothing. While there I witnessed him speak to other costumers in a demeaning and insulting tone as if he was too good to answer their questions. Not a good look, maybe corporate should read this. read more

My go-to place for tennis. This has surprisingly become my number one spot for all my tennis needs. They have a great selection of clothing and gear, and stringing is often turned around in less than a day. I also love the indoor court. It's a great way to escape the summer heat, but also, Gus runs an incredible Cardio Tennis program. It's honestly become a bit of a community for me, meeting lots of local players and creating some great relationships. read more

PGA tour superstore is nearby where I live and I go into their store a lot. I was not thrilled with the golf lessons I got with Brian, but not for his lack of knowledge, he has a very strong resume of knowledge. I just felt that he didn't have a good demeanor with me. I felt he was almost talking down to me. I have had amazing experiences throughout the store though. Jack and Tanner in the club repair department are very personable, quick and do a great job. Almost always early with the work they complete. When I have had questions with balls or any other equipment, the team there has been quick to help. Chris (the manager) is great and open to conversation and assistance as well. I do highly recommend the store overall with it's selection and great staff. read more

A huge, entertaining golf superstore with a small tennis selection in the far left corner. This store is so vast they even have a mini-court for you to try out demo racquets. There is minimal staffing so don't expect someone readily available to assist with purchase decisions. I visit this shop for the tennis court shoe selection. I have found excellent buys in the close-out section. And, I am generally very pleased with the variety and quality of the non close-out selection. This said, I always study customer reviews at online shops, narrowing my attention to a couple of selections before visiting this superstore. read more

Overall great place with a huge selection for men (not so much for women) on golf, tennis, and pickle ball equipment and apparel. Mostly excellent customer service. Some free clinics and putter fittings. The $300 bag fitting is really expensive, but there's a huge selection to get you fitted right. I ultimately with with PXG and their $25 fitting after doing PGA's, but PGA was great and we continue to go back. read more
