So far, my experience with PXG has been wonderful. I scheduled a fitting a couple weeks back, came in and immediately got an important client call for 20 minutes. Told Camden, he said no worries so I finished my call outside and he waited for me with no complaints. Moving on to the fitting, this was the most in depth, patient fitter I've ever used. Camden was great, highly recommend asking for him, his patience gave the experience a very chill vibe to it. Yet professional. The clubs are expensive, like other nice clubs, however PXG had been transparent form the beginning on why. And now the deals are killer! Full black Gen4 set with bag plus went Gen5 on the driver and under 3k with tax? That's a deal in golf. Customer service reviews are hard to judge, they don't seem too positive here but I know being a business owner that customer service is the priority. So far, mine has been excellent, I hope that continues and I hope my order goes through quickly, without hiccup and if it does I simply want communication. Drove all the way from Queen Creek to do a fitting when I got there I found out there was a $25 fee for the fitting I was not too pleased with that I expected more from a veteran own business charging people to try. Your product is absolutely unethical, so many places don't charge a fee. Some do but like I said, I expected more from a veteran own business. Awesome experience. It was my husbands 50th birthday and he booked an iron fitting for me on his special day. I know, I'm spoiled. We were greeted right away and introduced to Dayton who was going to take care of us. Dayton was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. More importantly, hew asked great questions to better understand my game and what I was looking for to get me the results I was looking for. Needless to say, I found the magic setup with irons and shafts, giving me another 10 yards plus on my irons!!!! I went in thinking it would be fun to try them out and see what all the fuss was about but ended up purchasing the PXG 0311 Gen 3 irons, Gap - 7. I will also add that sometimes as a female you get treated differently when working with various golf shops and stores, like you're a bother and they will deal with you if they must. But not in this case. I was well taken care of and because of that, I will be buying more products from PXG, and hopefully deal directly with Dayton. He's fantastic - go see him! read more

I bought 3 clubs from PXG Mesa store back in November 2022. i bought a driver, 3 wood and 5 wood. 3 days ago I was golfing and was doing my pre swing routine. I taped my driver on the ground before I swung and the shaft broke in half in the middle of the shaft. I took it back to the store and they offered to sell me a new driver or a shaft. They said they would have there warranty department look at it in a couple of days. To my surprise they rejected replacing the shaft and said they would sell me either a new club or shaft. I was planning on buying a new set of PXG irons next year but obviously now I will never ever own another PXG product. Beware of this shady company and spend your money with a reputable golf club manufacturer. I will now being telling everyone I know that golf's not to by their clubs!!! I was at PXG Mesa today for an iron and wedge fitting with Trevor and the experience was excellent. Trevor is very knowledgable and did a nice job incorporating my "wish list" into his fitting methodology. A lot of fitters are hesitant to bend clubs during the fitting process (which I understand), but Trevor wasn't and it led to a more accurate fitting experience that has me very confident about the final spec sheet. UPDATE: It's been 3 weeks since my initial review was posted and received the response on here from PXG almost immediately. I sent them back contact information right away and was told someone would be contacting us. As of today (4/29) we still have yet to hear ANYTHING else from an employee at PXG. If I could drop my review to 0 stars at this point, I would since Mel who did the fitting does not work for PXG Mesa anymore. The one star on this review is only for Mel Glyman and his fantastic golf knowledge while my husband was getting fitted for a driver fairway woods. The lack of 4 stars is due to them saying it was a 1 week wait for the custom driver and woods to be in and they would call as soon as they were in. Well, 2 weeks went by and when we called we were told "yeah, they're here. They have been for a few now". Picked up our order, during peak time of COVID (January 2022) and immediately we got COVID as well. We were unable to play golf for an unfortunate 3 weeks due to it. Went out to play and had issues with them. One mis-hit with the driver left a perfect golf ball dent in the toe of the club. Brought it in and spoke to Holden Weingart who said anything he could to basically get me out the door and not be his issue anymore. I was told he would send pictures of the damage to the "warranty" part of the company and he would let me know what they said. It's now 2 months later and I hadn't heard a thing from him. When we contacted customer service directly, they asked for photos which we sent in and within 24 hours they said it wasn't covered under warranty. We asked to just return the clubs then and we're told the return period (30 days) had expired. It's unfortunate to have a company like this that doesn't seem to take pride in what they're making. My husband went into the experience with super high hopes after recommendations from his co-workers (first responders), and because as a Marine Corps veteran he loved the fact that it was a veteran owned company. A 30 day warranty is a joke, especially during Covid. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is reason alone to give a buyer beware. Save yourself the headache, and do research before entering this business I promise there's still companies out there that actually back their products and PXG is not it. read more

Not the friendliest vibe. Maybe I should announce that I have 8k invested in clubs and apparel. Way better service at Scottsdale location so far. Should have put this location at San Tan Village. The Main st location is a traffic nightmare to get to. It's not close to anything I want or need on a regular basis. read more

This was my first experience having a proper club fitting and I have to say it was worth it. After dialing in the right combination of loft, lie, flex, weight and length, I was hitting the new clubs 40 yards further than my existing set. Beau, the fitter, was awesome. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and actually recommended a lesser cost club than what I was expecting. The staff was great, very friendly and all wearing masks. Marie helped me in getting my receipt when the emails weren't going through and Tyler helped me change my grip size after I had placed my order. No one wanted to help me and even though practice bays were open I was told I couldn't test any clubs because nothing was available. I believe it was last year August/September that I bough , Irons, hybrids, 7 Wood, golf gloves and shirts. Dayton was great with those fittings and I believe I stated best Customer Service ever. This past month of June 2023, I have been hitting the ball great with my PXG clubs, but I have a yardage gap between my 5W and 3W. I called Dayton (who else would I call) and over the phone Dayton thought to help keep my cost down to stay with 0211 model clubs. He suggested that I consider a 5w with the loft close to a 4W. We set up an appointment for July 6 and "again" Dayton did a great job in fitting me. I wasn't getting the most initially out of the fitting until he recommended, I close up my shoulders. That made a definite difference in getting me a better fitting and taking that tip to playing on the course. Fact is, I ended up with a new Driver, 3w and 5w. I used them on the course for the first time this past Father's Day Sunday and those woods like the hybrids have this "click" to them when I hit them dead center. i also saw the increase in distance that Dayton said I would get. Again, great Customer Service but to add again, like last time, Dayton put in the time. Sometimes as an older person you are treated differently like you're a bother and they deal with you because they "have to." Dayton treats me like he enjoys seeing the improvement in my game as he is a part of it. Truth is, he is a bigger part than he realizes. I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with Laura who works out front. Laura like everyone else treats me with respect and seems to enjoy talking golf or anything else that comes to mind. This is my third or fourth experiience with PXG Mesa, and each one has been great. Kudos to all the staff. read more
