And I tried, spending well in excess of a thousand dollars over 18 months. The front desk person is obtuse and impossible to communicate with but the care only goes downhill from there. What staff and doctors alike appear to be concerned about is running through as many animals as possible and charging very high rates in the process. You see a different vet every visit so no one person takes a long term interest or view to care giving. Several times I was left wondering if the vet who saw my pet wasn't dipping into the medicine cabinet himself because he was so dull and indifferent. When you point critical care issues out to Dr. Stevens, he shrugs it off and acts like you are the problem. I really do not believe Stevens cared about anything other than whether my bill was paid. They misdiagnosed and failed to properly treat the most common eye infection encountered in felines in my cat who will likely suffer with permanent problems due to their lack of attention and incompetence. If you're looking for a veterinarian who cares, I encourage you to keep looking.

She was right about that but the way it was handled was horrible. they gave me 1/18th of a bottle of medicine for 44 bucks and told me they couldnt make more till later. My fiance had to come back and get the meds the receptionist told me we would have to pay more for a new bottle out of inventory. Had I not said anything they would have let me pay 44 dollars for 1/18th of a bottle of medicine. These people are so rude and unprofessional. The facility is nasty. My dog hated this place so bad he howled the whole time both the times we went. The rooms are stinky and unkempt.
