Because we followed his advice and began early treatment, we were shocked to learn years later that our insurance would not cover the actual braces phase--and we were left to pay the full amount out of pocket. This lack of transparency felt deceptive and financially motivated. I cannot in good conscience recommend Markham Orthodontics to other families, especially those trusting him with their children's long-term care.
