This man is a gift from God. It's been a rough journey trying to find a Dentist that actually cares about your oral health rather than the money in your pocket. My mom and younger brother have been coming to see Dr. Sergey for the last year for some pretty extensive work... Brother had a recurring infection in one of his upper right pre-molars that was unaddressed by his last dentist for too long, resulting in some bone loss. (Some cheapskate from Western Dental) Dr. Sergey completely cleaned out the infected tooth and gums for my brother and did a bone graft which is typically tricky and painful. Little bro had some soreness for a few days, but because of the quality of work it healed quickly! And my mom was a good candidate for implants, and the word alone freaked her out. But its been going very smooth, and with very reasonable pricing. He is AWESOME! And the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, especially the lovely Marina! read more

I had 3 back teeth worked on years ago, the work was so bad that I knew it was faulty work, a few weeks after the implant and crown. It cost me $8,000. I could not believe it when I realized that he put an implant where a wisdom tooth would have been!!?? Who does that!!?? Within 1 year, I had a terrible infection under the crown. Unfortunately, I had to pay for another dental office to fix the faulty work that Fine Touch Dental performed on ALL three teeth. I'm paying another $8,000!! But, the new dental provider guarantees their work, where as Fine Touch Dental will not. Lesson learned. read more

Unfortunately, this office has changed hands, and they are not Covid safe. Please check the numerous other reviews that agree with me. Dr. Sergey Mahtesyan no longer works at this dental office. The whole story: To my surprise, one of my implant's crowns installed by Dr Sergey Mahtesyan about 2 1/2 years ago has became loose. (I've got other implants done in the 1990s that are still solid.) I have been avoiding going in for any medical attention because of Covid, but this needs to get fixed. It was a Saturday, and I was afraid that it might fall completely out over the weekend, so I tried to make an emergency appointment, but my email and voice message went unanswered. On Monday I was able to make an appointment for 2:30 p.m. the same day. I arrived promptly at 2:30 p.m. Nobody asked me any questions about my general health or if I had a fever or a cough. Nobody took my temperature. After a few minutes I was taken back for x-rays while we waited for a Dr Barnes to become available. The hygienist wore a thin blue surgical-style mask, not a N95 mask. She was not wearing a shield. She said that "her glasses protected her." I asked her if the office was following Covid procedures and she pretty much ignored my question. Dr Barnes, who I've never met, was in the next exam room telling his 16 year-old patient a lengthy story about his years of skate-boarding as a kid while I patiently waited. The Patient's mother was sitting in the same room near her son, but she was not wearing a mask. The Mom made a passing remark about the Coronavirus pandemic being a mess, and Dr Barnes agreed, replying that Covid is not a "real" pandemic. He went on to compare it to the 1918 Flu, which he considered a "real" pandemic because it killed over 400 million people worldwide. He said in those days people were dying every day, dropping dead in the streets (true). He said that with Covid only people with pre-existing conditions or people not following a good diet are dying from it (not true). He said that the young just aren't affected by it (not true). He went on to say that it was wrong to control people by not allowing them to go to church (debatable and they can attend in smaller numbers now). At this point, I got out of my exam chair, came around the partition and told him that I know people that have got very sick from Covid, it and that I consider over 500,000 U.S. and 2.5 million worldwide deaths a "real" pandemic. Surprised that I'd overheard his previous discounting of the severity of the Covid pandemic, he stammered that "of course" it's real and that he knows people who have been sick with it, too, obviously back-tracking on his previous comments. However, I decided that I did not want him working on my teeth or even staying in the office, and I told him so. I told the front desk why I was leaving and they made a valiant attempt to keep me there and talk more with the dentist who was now coming down the hallway. I asked where Dr Sergey was, and was simply told that "he was gone...not there anymore" even though their website and Facebook still clearly shows him on staff. This is false advertising and a clear attempt at retaining Sergey's previous patients by indicating he's still there. I declined their invitation to stay and left. Unfortunately, I will now have to pay for another dental office to fix the faulty work that Fine Touch Dental performed. It will be worth it to get it done safely. read more

Don't go!! These people are Covid Deniers!! I can't believe I had missed that the front desk receptionist was not wearing a mask. The office was totally empty, and the one Dental Assistant was wearing her mask under her nose. When I asked her to please put it over her nose she said, "Why?" Then, the Dentist met with me and he was not wearing a mask!! I left the appointment early after that happened. As I was leaving I told the Front Desk Receptionist that I would not be choosing them as my Dentist. She walked me outside with no mask on and asked me if I felt comfortable sharing with her why I was not satisfied. I calmly explained that I am high-risk for getting Covid-19 and did not feel they were following proper precautions. She became angry and yelled, "We don't believe in Covid!!" "Go find another Dentist." These people need to be shut down. read more

I went to this place sometime in early 2020. My experience was...fine. Not bad but not super great either. However my husband was experiencing some pain in his teeth during quarantine so I made an appointment for him. When he went to the appointment the dentist refused to wear a mask and went on a few rants about how Covid isn't real and that people are stupid for caring about it and tried repeatedly to get into political discussions with him. It was very awkward and uncomfortable for my husband. The dentist then looked in his mouth for a ridiculously short amount of time (I wasn't there so I can't actually confirm this but it's what I was told) and told him he needs thousands of dollars of work done. read more

If I could put a negative review, I would. they took my money and never made me the dentures. They made them really big and made me look like I had rabbit teeth, and took my money. If you want normal dentures, don't go here. I pulled up my trusty Yelp App and looked for dentists open Saturday's with high ratings. I called a few places that wouldn't/couldn't take me. When I called here, the woman that answered originally said they didn't have a time, but then I asked if she had a recommendation since I couldn't find a place that would see me and my tooth's root was exposed. She made time for me. Come to find out they took me when they were supposed to be closing. I never felt like I was putting them out, no loud sighs, no attitude. I just kept thanking them. I cannot say enough about Dr M and his amazing staff. It starts with Marina who took so much time with me when I first called the office with all my questions, concerns about a process that I knew would require a long complicated procedure.. My first visit started with Marina greeting me with open arms and assurance of my well being. Dr M sat with me for quite sometime that morning explaining to me the process that lay before him and me. After the visit I was confident that Dr M and his staff would be the medical and dental expertise I required. 6 front teeth pulled, bone grafts, decay, infections, gum loss. I was a mess. It was a very complicated process that took 8 months from start to finish. The journey was emotional. Dr M called me constantly. Marina talked me through difficult days. September 2017 the process was complete just in time for my 50th anniversary party. On my last visit we all had tears in ours eyes. I smile every chance I get now. I look amazing.
