Installed a head unit that was not what we agreed upon. I wanted wireless Carplay. When I picked up the bike, I had wired Carplay, and a system that worked for about ten minutes before it went silent. I called Jaime, who got me in quick, tore down the system, called me several times to explain what went wrong, and how he could fix it and when it would be done. He hit it out of the park. I have wireless Carplay, my stereo rattles windows, and, the bike was spotless on pick up. The installer took me through the system, and Jaime called me the next day to make sure I was happy.
