Hey !! Okay so I've used Bruno five years ago and this is the story - ( I recently booked an appointment with him for this month - bed bug nightmares again , this time I have a puppy !! I know he will take care of this all I ! He is an honest exterminator !! Let me add that Bruno is by far one of the-kindest people you will ever meet!! he is also reliable and dedicated to his clients ! Bruno assessed my two bedroom apartment for bed bugs . ( I found at least 20 fed and grown bed bugs in my couches -threw couches away right away ) We also found one or two in one bed room . I had just had my second child too - she must have been one week new ! Come home to find bed bugs in my beautiful apartment - it was a nightmare - 4 of us sleeping on one full size bed with a newborn ! I called Bruno up right away he told me and family to prepare for him . By that he meant put all our stuff in bags ( first dry heart high ten stores in bags ) - get rid of whatever we didn't want . Open all drawers and cabinets - empty out wipe down dry dry high high , I kept on drying whatever I was deciding to keep . So once the preparation was done , Bruno arrives he has a big smile on his face he's always pleasant and kind . He treated the apartment right away and to be honest from the first time he came - we never seen bed bugs after that. Bruno was able to stop by after that and check things out , honestly the bugs we're gone right away . We also were able to come back to the apartment just a couple of hours later . My kids were safe which was my first concern ( using chemicals can be harmful - but Bruno's secret spray was indeed not harmful to my children pets or adults ) Bruno and Pharmore pest control and reliable , honest , friendly and professional . I wanted to wait at least 3 weeks before reviewing to make sure that his treatments had taken affect - and they certainly have. I called Pharmore in September and told Bruno of our intense roach problem. They were all over our kitchen, in our food, and infesting our cabinets. Our building had a pest control person come every month to "spray" but that did nothing for us. We continued to see upwards of 10 roaches every day - alive and FAST. It was awful. We keep our apartment very clean, yet we were still having problems. Bruno came the same day of my call within a few hours. He immediately assessed the kitchen and bathroom, gave me a price estimate, and got to work. I was disgusted by the roaches so he humored me and let me avoid the room while he flushed all of the living ones in our kitchen out. He asked for my vacuum so he could clean as he went - I was endlessly grateful for that!! He pulled out our fridge AND our oven to clean behind them, and pulled out each drawer and got to the back of the cabinets. I was so, so impressed. He did the same in the bathroom and informed us that the plastic bags that we'd stuffed into crevices (advice from our old roommate) would only give the roaches more places to thrive. He disposed of all of the bags for us and placed a special gel behind to kill the nests of roaches he didn't get to that day. I felt infinitely better as soon as he was done. He wrote up the bill and made a note to come again in a month to ensure that we were taken care of. Since his visit, we've only seen 2 or 3 small roaches, and they've all been dead. Bruno and his team are absolutely wonderful. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable in all things pest control related (I had a bed bug issue but ended up chatting about all sorts of issues that they have seen/dealt with), they are genuinely interested in you/your needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience. Here is what I went through. I realized I had a bed bug issue Thursday evening, called Pharmore PC Friday morning, and Bruno was at my apartment for an inspection that same day. We confirmed the bed bug issue but had a problem in that I was scheduled to head out of town for the weekend. No problem at all - Bruno offered to schedule my treatment for 8am SATURDAY morning. I was then given a checklist for all the things I needed to do in order to prepare for the treatment and Bruno answered every single questions I had for him (To anyone with similar issues, preparing for the treatment and not skipping any corners is just as important, if not more important than the treatment itself). As planned, Bruno was at my apartment bright and early and we were able to have the apartment treated with enough time for me to still make my trip. In addition, I was offered a follow up inspection/treatment the following week to completely make sure that the issue was resolved. In less than 48 hours after contacting Pharmore PC, my bed bug issue had been resolved. CALL BRUNO! You won't regret it. My house had mice for a while and I've seen about 3 around. It really became a problem when I saw one of them on top of my counter.I known this was a sign that enough was enough. So, I called Pharmore PC thanks to the good recommendation. When the time had come, in walked Bruno. Let me tell you the steps that he explained to me. First, there was an inspection.Bruno looked in the kitchen, behind the fridge and the stove. It was able to help us found the source of the problem. After we found the root of the problem, he looked into the radiator and did rodent proofing, which was closing the hole, putting poison inside the hole and leaving traps to catch them. Bruno did this where ever he encountered hole. Lastly, the extermination came and that was that I only told you about what was done. Now I'm going to tell you about who did it. A man called Bruno did the operation. He told me what my problem was and why it happened. Not only that but he explained what he had to do and the benefits it provided. Many exterminations don't bother to tell me anything so the fact that he did made me understand what was being done. The best part is his personality. Bruno didn't leave me shaking in the corner but reassured, made jokes and keep me calm was he went through the inspection. The service is just what I was promised. Let's just start off with I DETEST rodents! THEY make me feel so uncomfortable in my own home and decrease my overall quality of life. I find this a little embarrassing to talk about (rodents in my home) but its reality. Rodents became overwhelmingly present a few months ago, so my family decided to contact Bruno, the exterminator. We met him while he was doing work at our church. When he came to our home, he went from the basement all the way to the third floor inspecting all the cracks and holes in the house. He returned a second time to place traps. And since then, we've been finding most of the rodents dead! Praise Jesus! I didn't really like randomly finding dead rodents in the house but better dead than alive. After some time, the number of mice became few. Recently we notice huge water bugs invading our home and guess who we called....yes your truly, BRUNO. Because we notice a difference the first time, we contact him again. He is a friendly guy who does his best to explain things to us. He goes out his way to make conversation. In addition, it was pretty easy to make an appointment. We didn't have to wait too long. Let me start by saying... AMAZING. Our condo building was in need of an exterminator, since we started having mice in almost every apt. Our association was working with one company, which I couldn't have been more disappointed with since all they did was come in, threw a few traps around, with poison and left! I heard about Pharmore through a neighbor that used them, and we had the pleasure of having Bruno come in inspect our whole apt to find out exactly the issue. Not only did he explain everything thoroughly to us, he didn't just throw around traps like the other company did, but knew exactly how to kill these disgusting rodents, but also KEEP THEM FROM COMING BACK! He found the holes they were coming from filled it with poison, sealed them and then put traps down on the other side. After a week I noticed less evidence of the mice, however found a hole that was missed, and what I found to be even more amazing, that the day I called Bruno he came right over and fixed it without a problem! Most ppl you call you'll be lucky if they return your calls, but Bruno was on top it! I can gladly say, our apt is pretty much mice free like I said before! Bruno responded to my call for "HELP" within an hour, even though it was a Friday afternoon and he had closed for the day. I had a cleaning person who discovered mouse droppings, hidden in corners all over our home, and even under the pillows of a sofa, and I was expecting a guest from England the next day! Bruno heard the panic in my voice and came over equipped to get rid of the problem. After a thorough inspection from the basement to the 3rd floor, Bruno closed up every possible hole with rodent-proof wire mesh, and he placed poison and baited traps and glue traps in every possible place they might be. I am terrified of mice and within the hour after Bruno left, I heard what sounded like a rifle shot under a radiator cover and I almost fainted. I just KNEW we had caught our first mouse! When I called to tell him he asked me what I wanted him to do -- "come over?" I said "Oh, no, no no" -- my husband would find and dispose of the critter; I just wanted him to know that I was impressed! Bruno is funny and kind and totally business-like -- a very reassuring person to work with. He will be my exterminator for as long as I live here! I forgot to say that my previous exterminator had come twice but my upstairs tenants kept seeing evidence of mice! read more

Mr. Bruno is my SUPERHERO!! Quite literally. He was referred to me by a friend when I called her freaking out over a dead critter I saw in my new apartment. Yes, that is correct. The critter was not alive, but you know the saying if you see one, it means there are thousands? I take that to heart. I also know that I live in NYC, so while I am meticulous with cleaning, I know that my apartment is only ever as clean as my neighbor's. Anyway, I called Mr. Bruno and he came that same day. More than that, he was also very comforting and reassuring. To the point that even though he had only taken my phone number and address, but I already felt so relieved....like the situation was handled. Total superhero vibes. When he came to the house, he was so kind, thorough and professional. I'm a woman, and ladies you know how having strange men in our spaces (especially when we are alone) makes us take pause. I never felt uncomfortable with Mr. Bruno. Not only did he explain his extermination process, but he took the time to understand my (holistic) lifestyle and matched his methods to me and my situation. "Twas the night before Christmas, And all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, Not even a mouse" That's because they're gone. I had a dire situation with mice scurrying throughout my house (especially late nights). I called Pharmopestcontrol, for help and it was the best decision I made. My appointment with the inspector and pest technician, Bruno when better than expected. He was able to detect dwellings and developed action plans to catch the mice (Traps & bait stations). He also patched up holes, cracks and other points of entry as well as offered excellent advice to keep mice away ( Bruno advised I get air tight containers for all exposed foods in my walk in pantry. He explained the best way to good pest control is to starve them of food sources). It's been almost a month ( caught 4 mice in first week) and I have yet to see, hear, or catch any more mice. I've scheduled to have Bruno to follow-up once a month, and I'm really excited to see what his findings are. It has been about six days since the treatment and I already have seen a few dead bugs pop up and no new bugs have entered. Even though I did not have a full on infestation, Bruno understood that any pest in my brand new home caused me stress and was ready to help give me peace of mind. I honestly don't know what to say.... Bruno is Pest Control as Beyonce is to entertainment..... Bruno changed and saved my life. I don't want you to think that I am being dramatic, because I am so serious. No matter the problem Bruno can solve it. Here is my testimony- I have a serious fear of rodents and this past December all of a sudden we had a mouse problem. Within 6 weeks we caught 8 mice! We tried other exterminators and all kinds of products, and then we tried Bruno ! We have not seen or caught anything since he came! He even came for a follow up appointment to check on us! I was very happy with the response, service and respectful communication I received from Bruno. I own a multifamily house in Greenpoint and wanted to do a preventive pest and insect control to avoid future problems. Bruno came the next day and spent a very long time in each apartment moving appliances out of the way and peering into spaces I would never think to look. He did find droppings in two apartments and put together a plan to prevent vermin from returning. He spoke to each tenant and selected products they were happy with. Some didn't want mice to suffer on glue traps so he avoided using them. Others had small children or pets and he assured them his products and placement would be safe. His pricing was good and he spent way more time in each apartment than I would have expected, at least on this first trip. I will now use him regularly for preventive maintenance on the whole house. I called Bruno after struggling for months with a mouse situation. I was struggling to find and close the holes myself because the last exterminator I called gave me such a high estimate I could not afford. A friend referred me to Bruno. When I called, he came within two hours! Gave me a very fair price, and spent hours doing a very thorough job. He didn't leave until he found every hole. And he did such a neat job of closing them! The job I had tried myself was messy, he pulled that off and did it beautifully. He was also really pleasant and kind. You just know a man of integrity when you meet one. I knew he was honest and was already referring him to friends before he left the job. 2 days later I called him that I smelled a more use and couldn't find it. He came that very evening, pulled out my dishwasher, and removed the mouse that was on the trap. I haven't seen another mouse since. I would certainly recommend him. read more

Bruno at Pharmore was referred to us through a good friend who uses them as maintenance. We were having problems with water bugs, silver fish, ants, and we just found mice droppings in out kitchen. we were very concerned and overwhelmed with the various issues that we were having. I love this pest control company! My home was recently renovated along with many others in my building's complex. As a result, my apartment was inundated with roaches. It was like an invasion! Desperate, I called Pharmore. The owner , Bruno spoke to me personally and said that he would come and look at the infestation himself and then diagnose what should be done. The first time my home was treated it was horrible! The amount of roaches was staggering. I want to start off by saying what an amazing job Pharmore Pc has done! I had just recently moved into basement complex of my parents house and recently started hearing noises, constant movement in the middle of the night. I have noticed rat trails and rat poop, along with plastic bags being torn and food being eaten out of. I started noticing bite marks on my 4month, then soon after on my toddler and I myself was getting bitten pretty badly. Needless to say we had a bad bug problem and I contacted Pharmore and spoke with Bruno and he came right away and did a consultation to verify if what I suspected was so. He sat down with us to choose the best plan of action since this is a household with children under 2 and didnt' want this hefty scented or dangerous sprays in the house. Where do I begin....first of all, I am completely adverse to bugs. I spotted a few bugs in my apartment in early summer and attempted to do my own treatment since it was so few but then I saw what appeared to be an egg (confirmed with a google search) and sprung into action. I reached out to a friend who is a restaurant owner and she gladly referred Bruno. Bruno came in and moved furniture. He was so METICULOUS in his work.
