Giving me a bald spot for fun is way too unprofessional for me to consider changing the review. I have offered to point out the guy to Arthur, but I am not asking for the guy to be fired. One of these guys gave me a bald spot because he thought it was funny. He thought I didn't notice and gave me a fist bump with a slight smirk on his face after the haircut. After the haircut my girlfriend told me I was balding, and I instantly realized what happened. The hair grew back to normal in a few weeks. At least one of the guys working here is an unprofessional jerk, so l'd recommend going somewhere else.

He had dinner reservations. He told me he could do a clean up, once he did the cleanup and it was not clean at all I had him make two more alterations. All in all it looks fine, the 1 star is because he charged me for a Premier cut which is supposed to take 45 minutes and include a wash; he took about 25 minutes. She gave me an awesome haircut and also trimmed my beard so that I can attend the wedding reception with the best looks! She is very good at what she does and more importantly extremely nice and kind person. Once you interact with her you know how much she loves her job and cares for her customers. One tip to add: If you are visiting for the first time, you may have trouble locating the salon. It's right next to De Janeiro. But most of those glowing reviews are pre-covid. I don't know if a lot of their stylists left but there's a notable lack of reviews post-covid. They're kind and the space feels lux and quiet. Problem is communication, went multiple times feeling very whelmed and changed stylist every time. After my third time I think I'm done, I've shown pictures and discussed with them what I wanted but they can never seem to get it right. Instead they default to a generic taper short off the sides and medium top cut, but then why tell me you can do the cut or even have experience with it? Is it my head shape? Face? Am I too ugly? Communicate that to me before you decide to just ignore the conversation we had and just free style. It's frustrating because I am growing out my hair for this cut and they do what they want. I don't want to be rude and stop you mid cut but then why am I paying so much just to be left unsatisfied? Most of the men leaving the place have the same exact cut.
