I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

We were scheduled for a later day and they called us one day and asked if they could start sooner. A full team came out and worked on our yard. Most of the transformation was completed within the day. They did have to return the next morning to drop off more rocks. After the "final" walk through, Corey advised he was not satisfied with some areas and scheduled a day to return. He pointed out areas we had not noticed were not to perfection. He came back out and fixed the aesthetics he was not happy with. We were thrilled because our backyard did not flood! Our dogs have been able to use the backyard even after it rains. Thus far the rain has not flooded our yard and we look forward to torrential rain in our future. What a relief to not have to worry about flooding! Thank you for your professionalism!
