We tried all sorts of things but couldn't get it to start. When I looked in the phone book for a Tow company, I was instantly drawn to Affordable Towing, because of it's name, and because it said "Friendliest Tow in Town!". Being new to Jackson, I thought, "That would be great to meet a friendly local business worker." The office assistant on the phone was very nice, and quoted me 40 dollars. That is very affordable! So, I am pleased with the price. However, their employee that they sent, gave me the absolute worst and grumpiest service I have ever paid for, anywhere. First, when he pulled up, he yelled down the driveway at my husband, "Is it running again?" in a very rude tone. My husband said, "No." Then he walked closer and yelled the same question. He received the same response. When I walked out, I said "Hello," and he just looked at me, and didn't say a word. So first of all, he did not even greet either of us appropriately. Second, we stood there watching him hook up the car, hoping for some friendly conversation, but he didn't say a word. He just grunted here and there. Then, he drove the car down the street. And it is notable that he had no idea if we were going to meet him at the car shop or not. He literally just hooked up the car, got in the truck, and drove away...without a single word! We hadn't even paid him yet. So, we got in our other car and followed him down a street, where he had stopped to do a few things, and my husband told him we would meet him at the garage. From there, we met at the shop and got everything paid for. So, as a customer who values feeling valued by those performing the service, I called Affordable Towing to politely voice my feedback. The office assistant was once again very nice, and I recognize that it was not his fault. However, he took down my number and said his boss would get in touch with me. Well, his boss never called. Needless to say, they should not be advertising that they are "The Friendliest Tow in Town" in the phone book, if they are not going to uphold those standards. We may have gotten the result of what we paid for, but we did not get the service that we paid for and were promised. We will not be using Affordable Towing, again.

My car broke down after visiting my sister back home in Jackson for her birthday. Luckily, we were…read morenot far from town and were able to get help. I had my car towed to Crank-n-Go after a quick Google search as I no longer live in the area and had no idea where to go. I've gone to other Jackson area places when I lived there and nothing but hassle. I digress. Google has this rated at 4.9 and the choice was made. Bill and his crew are absolute gems to work with. He called me first thing Monday morning and asked me what the problem was. Unfortunately, it was nothing good and much more expensive than I had hoped, but that's how it is with cars sometimes. When I picked up my vehicle, they made sure to show me the damaged parts and even lifted the car so I could see underneath. I honestly had never seen the underside of my car ever. They even sealed up a crack in my exhaust that GM quoted me over $2k to fix. The car runs as it should and I have been driving it all over the state ever since. Bill also texted to check up on the car's performance a few days later, which I've never had. Hopefully I don't break down in Jackson again, but if I ever do, it's going there again. When you work in the customer service industry and are flashing your boss's name on your vehicle, best not to behave like this. I only gave one star because I had to.

Jr installed a camera system on the back of my camper that would show traffic behind me. The…read moreproblem was the feed into my new ram 2500 screen would time out over 8 mph. When I got back home I called and asked what was going on that the screen kept going blank. I was then told about the timing out issue. Researching the issue with Dodge there is no fix to correct the timing out issue. To say the least this is not what I wanted. Doing my own research I found the coaxial camera that feeds into the rear view mirror. This is the system that should have been installed. I purchased the system from the Ram dealer and installed it with an employee of Jr's at my location. I gave the camera that Jr installed and returned it to him. I called last week to see if he had returned to to the Ram dealer, as I wanted to be paid back for the incorrect camera system. His employee told me he would not return it and that I had to. Jr charged me $1500.00 for the camera plus $1000.00 installation. His cost on the camera was$960.00. The dealership did a restocking fee of 15% giving me $816.00 for the return of the camera. Jr refused to give me back the of his cost and what he charged me for the camera. $1500.00-$960.00=$540.00. Jr refused to reimburse me, telling me this is the camera I told him to get ,and that he needed to make money on his parts. He no longer has his parts and is the expert and should have done the research about the glitch with the Ram timing out. ( which they did know telling me about the problem when I called back after arriving back home) Needless to say, NEVER pay Jr any thing until you fully test out his services he performs for you! I rate this company a NEGATIVE 100 STARS!

When installed it was never checked so the rear tailgate guard scrapped paint down to metal in a matter of a few short months. The shell leaked consistently. I've been back 8 times now to track down leaks and during my most recent visit was told I'm nitpicking. Nitpicking issues on a $5,000 purchase when the product you purchased wasn't installed correctly and is leaking water isnt nitpicking.
