I'm going to address two main things, The service started out okay but then shortly after instead of nice massage movements they started light slapping on my face and I don't personally like that which made me uncomfortable, at the end of the service they put a leg compressor and a face mask on and left the room for what felt like forever, so long that I started counting how many pauses in between songs which was 8, even if a song is 3 minutes long that's well over 20mins. I went to the front and paid for my service and sunscreen because I didn't enjoy the service but the product was nice. I still tipped because I know what it's like to be in the beauty industry working for tips. I reached out to the private line which I assumed was the owner cause it was sending me personal texts about rescheduling to give some feedback because I didn't want to put my girl on the spot and make her uncomfortable. I wanted the owner and her to have a private one on one coaching moment with the feedback that I left. You can read the messages listed above, but long story short it spiraled to such a point where instead of just giving private coaching, they had her try and call me to apologize, which is both embarrassing for her and myself and completely unprofessional. If you go to a restaurant and don't like your food, you don't see the manager, bringing out the chef to apologize to you right? they just fix the food and that's the end of it. I felt like they were completely targeting her and trying to make it seem like I was doing the same and they were telling me that she was ashamed which I was not trying to belittle her. I was just trying to share private criticism about not leaving someone in a room for 20 minutes to just lay there with a face mask on and getting too much slapping movements on the face which was making me uncomfortable. I would absolutely never go back just based on the way they treat their employees. On top of that they try to make it right with a $75 refund which I said that I would accept because I drove an hour and a half away and they stopped messaging me when I said I would accept so now they're not doing that either. I can never support a business that tries to make their employees feel small when they make a mistake and embarrass them. Good products or not these people are still people at the end of the day and trying to put them on the spot to call and apologize is crazy When I was just giving private feedback on something the made me uncomfortable.

Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised.
