We were quiet and nice, kids went to take a candy twice and then she became furious and told me to take kids outside, just because they took candy, but started saying it dangerous, your kids not allowed being here, wait outside and then she called my stylist and told us to leave because I didn't want to take little kids on the heat and where's cars driving around non stop - this is dangerous! I feel discriminated, my kids was quiet and sitting nicely waiting for the stylist who was late on 30 minutes. After all and waiting for the stylist, my kids wasn't allowed to get haircuts there and we had to leave. I know she's going to respond this message and protect herself and her business but she was rude, she also has kids but was terrible with clients kids. Updating because I got threatened with the court if I don't delete this review, but this is honest review of what happened to me and my kids, that's what I felt because of the way she was talking to me that day.

So the gentleman then said "we are ready for you (paraphrase)" and I said just waiting for the lady who cut my hair last time ... and then she says "ohhhh, you don't get to chooose" and then followed by "you'll be fine" .. in the most condescending tone. When I was last there she did a great job on my hair and told me all about how they take pictures and remember your hair type and how it was cut last time. She couldn't remember me it appeared and also was just so unbelievably rude. There was no-one in there waiting and I had an appointment she could have just said "sorry I'm not working longer today or whatever" but the "ohhh you don't get to chooose". I am a paying customer but I don't get to choose. I just said "Have a nice day, I won't be back" and I won't be. What a shame. It's funny one bad interaction when someone is unnecessarily rude can just ruin your experience and day! I wish the business the best however this was my experience and wanted to take the time on a Sunday to provide a review.

When I arrived, I signed in at the front desk and was offered water while waiting only a few minutes before being called over. I explained that I wanted about six inches cut, but still keep my long layers with a v-shape in the back. The stylist totally understood the assignment and got right to work, cutting with rapid precision and confidence. The whole session took about 15 minutes, which was surprisingly quick and perfect for someone like me who doesn't love sitting in the salon chair for too long.
