Most things are 20% off which helps, but when the regular price is $48 it's still way to steep. I was looking for some PJs that they offered online, but I didn't see them in the store. They may have more items online then available in the store. Check out went pretty smooth. They are quite pushy on signing up for their rewards program and the credit card. The good thing is they offered an additional 20% off so I got 20% off twice which took the price down to around $60 for 2 bras. That still seems a bit extreme to me. I'm just hoping I got a better deal then if I went to VS, but they were also having a sale on Tuesday, 40% off store wide. So it may have paid off to go there, but it wasn't as convenient. I also looked for a winter dress. The one that looked nice on the hanger didn't fit as nice as I had hopped. You needed a bigger bust to really fill it out and it was a little short. The other dress that I found was way to expensive, around $70, but it had a white collar and someone got makeup on it so I skipped it. I also was looking for a dressy black skirt, but I didn't see a long one. They had very few skirts. Upon check out they did give me $10 Khols Cash and a 20% off coupon. That sounds good and all, but there is only one week you can use it and that's around Nov 6th or so. I'm not going to be in the area so that's not going to work out for me. It is a great incentive to go back. I would go back and get those PJs if they actually had them in store. Parking was easy. They have a huge lot dedicated to the shopping center and a lot of spaces out front. I was surprised at how many cars were in the parking lot and how many patrons in the store on a Tuesday afternoon.

She did say it can be done but it does cost $10. I said that's fine. She took some measurements then gave me some pants, they were a bit baggy. She ended up giving me two more to try one until I found a good fit. After that we walked to the checkout line and I paid the $10 then she gave me my measurement chart. If I wanted the coat to fit better it would need to be tailed and that would be a few weeks wait. They seem to have a nice sized section.

Oh boy was I in for a negative experience and the more I think about it. The worse it got. Upon arrival: there's no one to greet at the door. There's a sign further in that says "scan this QR code for wait list." I was number 1. People came in and staff walked by and saw them and went to them. What is the point of a wait list if staff don't use it? They just go to whatever patient they see first. I waited maybe 5-10min. Was met by a staff. I said I needed a standard black suit. He measured my wingspan and my chest/bust. And then grabbed a coat for me to try. The sizing was off. Shoulders were very poofy. He provided no feedback. He did not give any opinion. My friend and I didn't like this one. So he said okay. Then he grabbed another one. Again no feedback. I would half expect you to provide some feedback. This is your job. But you have no knowledge on the material. The fit. How it should look. What I should expect. Etc. things that I don't know which is why I come to a place such as men's warehouse. Is it his fault or is it men's warehouse fault for lack of training? Then we went over pricing. The jacket cost something like $350. The pants another $100. And then it's like $20 for every different alterations. So his recommendation was to get a custom suit because it's cheaper and free tailor for life. Those suits start at $500. Why does a custom suit cost the same as what's on the rack? Seems like a scam or a false price just to push for these so called custom suits.

An Average Shopping Trip -- Not Great, Not Terrible…read more The service here was just okay. There seemed to be a bit of a scavenger hunt to find a staff member when we needed help with inventory. To be fair, the store wasn't busy, so it might've been an awkward time of day -- maybe during a shift change or staff rotation. We were there specifically for jeans, and while the selection of styles was solid, the color range was limited. The sizing also felt pretty generic. My daughter has a slim waist and long legs, which meant she had to choose between jeans that were either long enough but baggy in the waist or perfectly fitted but too short. The employee was kind enough to suggest checking the website for more options -- but between you and me, if I have to go online anyway, what's the point of the store? That said, it wasn't all bad. My daughter did find a something that worked, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn't a win, but it wasn't a loss either -- just a middle-of-the-road experience. No as to the value I can't speak to that because we walked out $80 lighter and on 3 pairs of jeans heavier. So, I will let you judge the value for yourself. When you come to your verdict let me know so I can go back or stay away. So, I'm giving it 3 stars. If you stop in, I'd love to hear about your experience -- maybe I just caught them on an off day.
