When ever I asked her to perform any highly skilled beautician procedure, she would admit she does not know how to do it or THAT I WOULD NOT LIKE IT. Like coloring my hair a unique color or mesh integration. Today the minute she discovered I owned a large portfolio of multi/unit apartment complex's. Her prices for my extensions sky rocketed?! Today she dyed my hair and the water shut off in her new salon unit, truly a hole in the ground ( a small decrepit unit literally in the middle of nowhere). So far from anything, you will object to the amount of gas it costs to simply drive there! The dye sat on my head for nearly an hour, then the water in her unit experienced a water outage. SHE HAD NO WATER TO WASH THE DYE IN MY HAIR OUT!!!! She left her tiny unit frantically and some 10 minutes later returned. I used the water in her water bottle to wash the dye from my hair. It was not nearly enough. My hair was gummy and still soaked with that dye!When she returned she WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE WATER TURNED ON! It was now one hour and ten minutes since she applied that dye. Instead of her being embarrassed that she COULD NOT WASH THE DYE OUT OF MY HAIR?! She complained I was too impatient and that I took action to get that dye out of my hair? Then she proceeded to complain I got a few drops of hair dye on her pathetically cheap "New Floors"! I was AGAST that she was not concerned in the LEAST for the health and safety of my hair that now had the dye in my hair for over an hour and 15 minutes?! I HAVE PROOF SINCE THE PHONE CALLS I MADE TIME STAMP WERE RECORDED ON MY PHONE AS TO TIME OF CALL that coincided with her procedural timing. I explained there was no water anywhere except her water bottle and I took ANY futile attempt/action to save my extremely fine hair from being Fried OFF! She tried to say I was at fault for trying to get it out and kept complaining I ruined her floors and counters from the dye dripping on them from my desperate attempt to save my hair! She only cares about Taylor, not her clients OR their hair. She cares about her collecting of monies!!! Clearly the world revolves around her! She should be ashamed for caring more about her floors ( which only had a few drops on them, as well as her counters which can be cleaned), than her clients well being! This girl isn't quite right in the head! My hair is falling out in clumps now! I told her I will NEVER RETURN! She simply shrugged!

I arrived for the appointment about five minutes early and checked in with the receptionist. Rhea, who I had the appointment with was within an earshot as her chair is only a few feet away. Rhea said she didn't have any appointments and I must have been mistaken. The receptionist checked the book and confirmed that I had an appointment. Rhea was in the middle of coloring/dying a hairpiece on a mannequin head, very sloppily from what I could see. She said she would be with me when she was done, so I sat down and waited and waited. While she was doing the coloring, lunch arrived for her. She told me she would eat her lunch and she would with me shortly. I expressed that we were already 15 minutes into my time and now she was going to eat?! So she agrees and has me sit in her chair while she eats. The extension area if the salon on the other side is super busy. Rhea starts off by asking me why I'm there. If you could see my hair, you would know while I was there. It is very thin at the top and this is a wig/extension/hair loss salon. I had come in for a consultation and I wanted advice. I thought I had come to a place that was professional. She said I should consider a topper not a wig. I didn't know what a topper was and ask to see one. She didn't have anything that was near to my color so she put a blonde streaked topper on my auburn brown hair. It looked ridiculous as the color was so off and the density of the hair was so thick compared to my crown. Another customer comes in with a hairpiece she needs styled or colored. Rhea stops my appointment to attend to her while I wait again. Rhea showed me a product that was a powder filler you put in your hair to fill in thinning spots. It was a good match for my color so I said I would buy it. The sample she used was the only one she had left, and she sold it to me as a full sized product even though it had been open and used. I was charged $30 for an opened sample. I later found this elsewhere for $25. I wasn't very satisfied with a sample hairpiece she showed me as it didn't match either in color or in its density. I left feeling very frustrated by the attitude and unprofessionalism of this salon owner, regarding the appointment time, delayed start due to he engagement when I arrived, eating during service, and taking another customer in the middle of my consultation. This was quite a while ago, yet the experience was so bad that I haven't forgotten it. I saw an ad in Diablo magazine which prompted me to finally write a review. Responding to owner's response: Glad to hear you no longer do consultations leaving that to your staff. My consultation with you was on 10/22/21 at 1:30pm. As I said in my review, it was quite a while ago but not forgotten as it was so memorable. Losing hair is traumatic no matter the cause and being treated without respect or compassion by a hair salon geared towards wigs, extensions, toppers, etc is inexcusable. I told my regular stylist at Salon 9 this story and she was angry about my experience at Celebration. I would not subject myself to a return visit.
