This store has been in this same spot for over 45 years! Mary is the owner who is the only person running the store. She is wonderful! Your first impression may be that she is not interested in really doing business &/or not very friendly in general. This is so far from the truth however! Mary is very knowledgeable & friendly as well. She has a calm & professional manner making you feel immediately comfortable which is unlike other places that I have been to recently. No pressure is put on the customer to buy anything & questions are easy to ask which is so nice for those of us who basically know nothing about wigs. I am a cancer survivor & so is Mary. It was an added pleasure to know that she could relate to the many mixed feelings that I had about having to buy a wig due to the damage my hair incurred from the chemoradiation I went through for my GI Cancer. Take a look at VIP Wigs for yourself. She has a fantastic collection of European wigs, many of which are 100% made by hand!
