As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Airlines. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Airlines again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

Worst airline EVER !!…read more Me and 3 others were supposed to fly out of New Orleans march 16th at 5:10am .. We got there at 2am ... they didn't open their ticket counter / baggage counter till 3:45am Not only that but they admitted they were short staffed and had all 5 lines converge into a single line in the middle which made it take 3x longer to get our bags dropped and get to TSA . Also I had pre requested wheel chair help because I was injured and couldn't walk at the time . The clerk at the counter told me . And this is an exact quote " sorry where short staffed today , we have too many call out s , your gonna have to deal with it your self " which they legally have to provide wheel chair assistance .. Well long story short we didn't get to the ticket counter because of their short staffing till right before 5am ... then through tsa and the flight had already taken off .. Their best option was to rebook us on another flight. The next day in the afternoon and we wouldn't arrive till almost midnight ... over 32 hours AFTER we were supposed to already be there ... this would leave just 1 full day for our small vacation so we said no thank you .. give us our refund because that is not acceptable .. But it was their short staffing that caused this issue in the first place . So I emailed them and requested they cover the cost of our non refundable Airbnb because this was caused by what the even consider Controllable issues . They could have atleast offered what they give to those who need to be bumped to another flight considering this was their fault . Which is $2150 per person . But they basically told us to deal with it and accept that they ain't doing jack sh*t for us , they are the absolute worst Not to mention the wheelchair assistance issue . My suggestion is to NEVER fly Southwest Airlines,.. they are terrible and have garbage customer service !!!!
Lotta baggage carts sitting empty now that bags don't fly free.....

Just flew in in on a 737 800 with the new wider seats great ride!

This was my second time flying JetBlue, I was pleased with the service and would definitely choose them again for future trips. We arrived only 40 minutes before departure but were able to check our bags and coast to the gate without worry. The check-in process was smooth, and the seats were comfortable, with ample legroom, making the flight enjoyable for both of us. The Partake Classic Grahams are arguably the best air snacks ever! In reality, nothing has been done. No updates. No refund. No resolution. Just a constant runaround. This is exactly why your ratings are low and why customers are walking away -- you stop valuing people the moment you take their money. Remember, you're a customer somewhere too. Ask yourself how you would feel if your concerns were ignored and brushed aside like this. Let this be a warning to future travelers, especially those with disabilities: do not spend your money with this airline. They will take your payment, send automated emails pretending they're addressing your issue, then try to pacify you with a $15 credit toward your "next experience" -- essentially inviting you to be mistreated and overcharged all over again.

However, I was assisted by a wonderful Delta representative named Deidre. While she was not able to fully resolve the issue at that time since it originated on the KLM portion of the trip, what stood out most was that she genuinely cared. She gave me the space to express my concerns, made me feel heard, and offered support beyond what was immediately within her control. It was refreshing to be treated as a human being rather than just another problem. Deidre assured me she would escalate the issue and personally follow up when she returned to work the next day. This morning, I connected virtually with another kind and helpful representative named Cindy. Cindy was able to assist with the part of the issue that Deidre did not have the capability to resolve, and she successfully located all of my luggage. After the return trip I had experienced, I was incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness shown by both of these women. My luggage is scheduled to be delivered today, and the final piece that was previously unaccounted for will be delivered tomorrow.

Located between Hwy 23 & Hwy 11 in history rich Plaquemines Parish on the Mississippi River. It's a 15 min. private flight or 1.5 hr. drive south from New Orleans. It's a moderately priced good 'ole southern fish camp style operation very close to Tuna Town (Venice, Louisiana). Venice is where the Mississippi River empties into the Gulf of Mexico - great for inshore & offshore saltwater fishing. Le Matidora will appeal to everyone from fishers to business travelers. To me, Le Matidora Inn is part of my life-long Great American Road Trip. It allows me to dip into a southern delta side-order of American life. Here are facility details: Le Matidora Inn is a converted residence with a unique 1st floor wood paneled common kitchen, entertainment & bar area for self-serve food prep. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking the fish you caught and other meals and crafting cocktails. The 2nd floor has updated rooms with a southern style balcony. Private cabins are available for groups. Outside is the salt water pool and a large lounge area for relaxing after a day on the Gulf. Bottom-line - a retro southern vibe with all the hi-tech necessities you will need. Now the fun stuff: Owner Malcolm Lincoln ("TMac") will fly you to & from the Inn. It's 15 minutes from New Orleans. TMac gave me a fly around of the city for a view from 1,500 ft. Private & General Aviation pilots can land & taxi right to the Inn. Get details from T-Mac or Rosemary 504-564-9300. Airport ID LS84. They are like family! Let's Talk Plaquemines: Nearby dining includes great seafood (oysters and crab cakes!) at Thompson's Kitchen, Port Sulfur. When at Venice Marina the Cajun egg rolls, cheese sticks & extra oysters complimented the Margaritas. On the water: Jonathan Ruffin/Venice Charters & his nephew Dylan took us 70 miles out at 5,000 ft. depth - a pair of Metairie firemen who drive a 32' Contender like a Maserati fire truck. Tuna, Rainbow Runners & Barricuda dominated our day. Everyone needs to see up close the big oil rigs on the Gulf - oil rigs are artificial reefs that are full of baitfish & larger gamefish. Also, salute the roughnecks onboard these engineering marvels - they are the first step in fueling our economy and our boats so we can slay 'em. USA!!!
