I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

It ran like a champ all summer of 2025'. So in spring of 2026', I decided to get the AC ready for summer. I called around looking for a preventive maintenance service appointment since I knew nothing about the service history of my AC. So I schedule Tokay Heating & Air to come out for a preventive maintenance service appointment. When the technician got here, I made it VERY CLEAR that, "Yes I know the unit is very old." "No the AC hasn't given me any problems whatsoever, and it keeps up in the summer heat." And, "My energy bill is consistently modest, so I have no efficiency concerns." I told him that I just wanted to have the preventive maintenance service done, and that was it. Knowing that most businesses do push their employees to upsell, I didn't mind the technician pitching me his professional assessment of my unit, or giving me an estimated cost to replace my entire HVAC system. However, here is where I absolutely do mind! He was very aggressive with his claims on the health of my unit, making my unit sound as if it was hours away from having a catastrophic implosion. He was trying to scare me into believing that if I didn't buy a new HVAC system today, then the costs would be exponentially greater tomorrow. He was also very insistent that I leave him a good Google review while he was there in my presence. Then over the next serval weeks I was spammed called by Tokay Heating & Air with them trying to get me to schedule replacing my HVAC unit. And mind you, the estimate was in the teens of thousands of dollars! Hey Tokay Heating & Air, please don't fear monger or spam call your customers over such large sums of money. That's disgusting behavior, especially in this economy. Clearly now they are just a corporate sales machine. And correct me if I am wrong, but Tokay Heating & Air was bought out by private equity in 2025'? I guess at one time they used to be a reputable local family business, but now they are a just another churn and burn big business hiding under the guise of small town family values. No thanks and hard pass on Tokay Heating & Air.

After needing to create some privacy from a neighboring property, we needed fast-growing trees and shrubs. I called Juan over the weekend, explained the project, and sent him some pictures. He immediately understood what we were looking to accomplish and said he could take care of it that week. From that first conversation, he was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They installed a completely new sprinkler system with a commercial-grade watering system and fertilizer ports, removed old debris and stumps, prepared the entire area, and even repurposed rocks we already had on the property to create a beautiful border around the new landscaping. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and communication. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day and kept me updated on every decision. At one point, after laying everything out, he felt the design needed one additional tree to balance the space, so he went and picked one up. That kind of attention and pride in the finished product is rare. We expected this to be about a week-long project, but Juan and his team completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. We aren't full-time residents in Arnold, so I had to put a tremendous amount of trust in Bella View team.
