Dr. Pecarsky takes his time asking thorough questions and listens patiently as he formulates treatment options to reach a diagnosis. He truly cares about his patients and I could not imagine seeing any other doctor as my primary care provider. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with all the skills needed from taking your vital signs to managing your insurance. Lauren and Tara have treated me like family. I truly love every member of Dr. Pecarsky's Cherry Hill Advocare Practice!

After spending several months…read moredismissing my husband's shoulder pain as post operative, Dr Pecarsky then starting guessing. Pain meds, fibromyalgia meds, then my husband had to practically beg for bloodwork since he was becoming jaundice. The next guess was a gall stone...for which he finally referred to to another doctor. 10 days later we left the hospital with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, the pain having resulted from an undiagnosed tumor. Since Dr Pecarsky didn't have privileges at the hospital, we kept in touch by text...until we told him it was cancer. We received no reply, no followup, and not even a condolence card when 6 months later my husband passed away. A primary's job is to know when they are over their head and refer you elsewhere. That's not the case in this office. Buyer beware....by the time we figured it out my husband had no chance of recovery.

He listens to all my problems and I always leave his office with a resolution. Even before I became his patient it was difficult to find a doctor that takes my insurance as well as accepting new patients quickly and not having to wait weeks or months. I look forward to his visits unlike my other doctors. He seems to understand me and I never feel judged by him. Any requests you have he always makes sure to take care of. He sends me for labs when needed and gives me the requisition form right away so there's no waiting. I would recommend Dr. Winn for any patient. Any gender, sex, disabilities, age, this is a safe zone for anyone to enter. If you need a good Doctor and fast please don't hesitate to call and make your appointment. I am speaking from the heart and having Dr. Winn as my primary for almost 3 years now. I would never wanna leave him.

I am once again starting to experience issues with my Hashimotos and autoimmune diseases and I need…read moreto return to an Endocrinologist after years of stability on synthroid. Attempting to find a good Endo who doesn't simply look at basic blood tests or use the full array of diagnostics and literature and field research available is next to impossible. I immediately thought back to Dr. Jennings and decided to check if he was still practicing. In 2011, I had found Dr. Jennings by searching on a website that lists doctors who would be willing to prescribe Armour Thyroid, which had long been all but abandoned by mainstream practices due to the creation of Synthroid. Synthroid and generic Levothyroxine were causing me to have constant cardiac episodes, intense allergic reactions, hair loss, chronic weight loss, etc. Dr. Jennings is the only one who actually listened to what I was experiencing and gladly helped me try Armour and measured labs at every visit to track and adjust. He also ordered a ton of additional labs to track everything consistently to help expose any differential diagnoses or causality that would normally be missed. Due to some continued symptoms after switching to Armour, he also urged me to follow-up with several other specialists, including a Rheumatologist, Neurologist and Geneticist. This led me to discover the underlying liver disease, a liver tumor, and finally the autoimmune connective tissue diseases that I was experiencing most of my persistent symptoms from. This man answered a call from me on his personal cell phone from the beach on his vacation when I was having an adverse reaction to a low dose of prednisone. Forget the need for a beautiful practice and shiny things. No doctor (especially underpaid Endocrinologists) could afford to provide the level of care that he does if he were to focus on those things. He would need to see a half dozen patients an hour as a sole practitioner. You will be heard by this doctor, which is invaluable in today's medical world. You will find no better Endocinologist or doctor than him, I promise you.
