We changed a sensor on the engine that was leaking oil and that should have been an easy fix but the light was back on. Long story short the problem turned out to be loose bolts in the engine. Two of which had fallen out and dropped down inside the crank case! Most places would have sent you to the dealer but they stuck with it and solved the issue. These days you need to have all sorts of technological know how to work on these modern-day vehicles. Wheelfind auto passes with all A's! They saved me from dealership prices and I would recommend them to anyone for fair and honest service.

I sent a video highlighting defects and told them the car needed work however, I reflected that in the asking price. I asked for honesty in the offer with all things considered, as I wanted to ensure before making the drive out it wouldn't be a waste of time. I was then told they'd get me close to my asking price. I show up to the dealership (over 30 minute drive from my house) just to find out the gentlemen who I had been in contact with left the dealership for a hair cut. I was then greeted by his "partner". I gave them the keys and waited there an hour before getting any information about what they were doing with my car. The "partner" came back with my keys and a laundry list of things they said the car needed (as I had stated it was far from perfect). He then proceeded to offer me half of my asking price. Waste of time and gas. Beware. Trained weasels.

I've called many times after Dec 19 to see where it is, but Ryan (the manager) has been avoiding my calls, not answering, and not calling back. What recourse do I have?
