I told him we'd received a reminder call this past week for this appointment. He defended that it was an appointment that had been made just after the surgery but that because he'd seen him last month, this one should have been cancelled. He walked to the desk to tell his clerks that the appointment should have been cancelled. NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE! NONE! So a waste of an entire morning; an unnecessary dilation; and no one here seemed to be concerned. In fact, it was almost as if WE had flubbed because we showed up for a scheduled appointment! Plus the doctor said perhaps it was because we misunderstood his nurse's British accent. Say what? She wasn't the automated call to remind us of this date and appointment time. Not impressed at all. We paid for a refraction fee and $600 glasses out of pocket. When we picked them up the prescription was so bad that everything looked crooked. We then were told that we would need another refraction visit. This time we were charged again for the refraction fee. We asked why we were charged again since it was their mistake. Then they promised we would be refunded. However checked later and they said they never give refunds for any reason. We had glasses redone and they are still unusable. They refuse to help us in anyway. So we lost $600 on this optical department.

She is a thorough professional who really strives to help her patients. She has helped me deal with the issue of dry eyes and minimal eye pain. Her attitude and care for detail is evident. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I love these people. The only negative is she always runs a little late so make the first appointment you can get on a day.
