Things that didn't go well: When we arrived the hostess didn't greet us, just asked the number and then motioned for us to follow them. A friendly smile would have gone a long way. Our waitress would disappear and it made paying checks a little difficult. The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I'm talking clogged toilet, toilet paper on the floor. If I wasn't about to go on myself I'd have held it. The men's bathroom wreaked of urine and was too dark for a bathroom setting. The bread and hot cheese was overpriced at $10 as it closely resembled the nacho cheese sauce you can buy at Sam's Club and the bread wasn't even sliced on one of the loaves. We also always get the house salad (with ranch, of course), which is fresh and a great addition to balance everything out. On our last visit, it seemed like there was only one server handling all the tables, which made things take longer than usual. It was a Sunday, so understandable, but having more staff would definitely improve the experience for both customers and employees. Overall though, the food keeps us coming back every time.
