We ate here for dinner and it did not disappoint ! The burgers were cooked fresh to order. Unfortunately, we did not like the fries, nothing was wrong with them they just lacked flavor and we prefer thicker fries. The ingredients were still very fresh even at 8pm. The burgers came with lettuce , tomatoes , red onion , and pickles. The service was a little shaky in the beginning as the young lady who took the order was very rude but the other workers were so kind and made up for the experience . We did not eat at the location due to rain, but there is outdoor seating outside of the order window that overlook the Savannah river. This is apart of the JW marriot property so there are many things to do and see along the river walk after eating. If you are in the area or staying on the property give it a try !

Amazing burger & fries! I was visiting Savannah for the first time, and while walking on River Street, I stumbled upon this place. I ordered the single smash burger with cheese and a side order of fries. Both tasted very fresh and were delicious. The workers there were nice too. Highly recommend!

Walking along the river walk you can't help but smell the burgers. Had to check out their smash burger. Place you order and wait for your name to be called. Grab a table on the boardwalk and chill. Burger was really good. Smashed nicely with ooey gooey cheese and fresh LTOP. Although there was a line the wait was not bad. Grab a seat at the picnic tables and do some people watching.

Riverside Burgers is a new eatery in the Plant Riverside District. An employee informed me they have been open for about two weeks as of this review. The food choices here are pretty simple as it consists of smashed burgers, seasoned fries and tater tots. Bear and soda are also available. All orders are taken at the front counter. I love a good burger, so I ordered their single angus burger with cheese with seasoned fries as my side choice. The overall taste of the smash burger was good, with the seasoned fries being excellent. A single burger starts at nine dollars, with the most expensive burger costing fourteen dollars. Sides are an additional four dollars. Riverside Burgers appears to be a nice place to satisfy your hunger pangs. You can't beat the combination of a great tasting burger and the Plant Riverside District atmosphere.

We ordered the spiced nuts but it never arrived. We did tell them to bring them anyway and my husband loved them and took them back to the hotel. I had a burger (and I can't remember the name) with pimento cheese and bacon. I had fries as the side and they were so good. I would have appreciated if the server would have let me know there was a charge for the ranch dressing she offered us, but other than that the food was great and the ranch was the best I ever had anywhere. We were hoping for peach cobbler but it wasn't the dessert available. We did have the best pecan pie I've ever had though so it all worked out. We will definitely return on our next trip to Savannah.

I got their chicken sandwich, while the rest of my family got the Dubai chocolate French toast, Bubble and squeak. My grilled chicken sandwich had a vast majority of flavors varying in the sandwich. The chicken was my only set back, it came off as under seasoned and bland, while the white bread and cheese melted together with the fresh lettuce. I also got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup, which I was heavily surprised from how flavorful and sugary it was, I highly recommend this drink to any matcha lovers out there. The Dubai chocolate French toast was beautifully put together and delicious, shared across my family. From what I heard the bubble and squeak was amazing and was not too heavy or dull in flavor and is a great vegetarian option. Overall, the atmosphere inside was very light and put together, the creme walls contrasted perfectly with the historic stone walls. If you or your family are visiting savannah Georgia, I highly recommend Collins Quarter!

It was dimly lit and had a warm, inviting atmosphere and our server was awesome! To start, we all got the cucumber blossom cocktail. I got mine with tequila and the server was very knowledgeable about the drinks and the liquors that would work well with each one. We decided the best route for us was to split 2 apps and 2 entrees. For appetizers, we went with the focaccia and the crispy brussel sprouts. Both were AMAZING! I always love bread to start a meal. And the Brussels were nice and soaked in balsamic glaze, which maybe diminished the "crispy" in the title... but I didn't mind because they were delicious. For our entrees, we went with the gnocchi and the catfish served over grits. I would say the standout was the catfish. The gnocchi was good, but not as good as the other dishes we had. Overall we had a great experience splurging a bit on a nice meal. I would definitely recommend getting a reservation on the weekends. They seemed to be busy!

It felt like a quick dismissal. I had to ask if there was a waitlist, and only then were we told it was about 45 minutes. On top of that, parts of the conversation were directed to my husband rather than me (even though I was the one speaking), which didn't sit right. This interaction was with a hostess [long hair, glasses]. Thankfully, another hostess [short blonde hair, orange pants] stepped in, and they shuffled some tables, and got us seated -- which we really appreciated, especially with a toddler. From there, the experience completely turned around. The ambiance was really cute -- dim lighting with little candles that made it feel cozy and romantic. Our server [tall, muscular] was fantastic and the food was genuinely very good. So here's the takeaway: the kitchen and service once seated are strong, but the first impression at the door needs work. It shouldn't take a second ask to feel like a guest.

The brunch menu is fairly…read moreextensive, so we had some difficulty choosing what to order....but definitely come hungry because the portions are large and the food is pretty rich. To share amongst the table, we ordered the cinnamon toast banane and crispy gouda grit croquettes. Thumbs up on both, particularly the croquettes which were the right balance of gooey and structured enough to eat with the delicious sauce on the side. The cinnamon toast banane was not so much toast as cinnamon rolls with bananas foster; the cinnamon rolls were really tasty and the bananas foster was good, though the bourbon flavor was strong. For my entree, I ordered one of the lighter vegetarian dishes - the mushroom tartine with tomato soup. I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. The mushroom tartine/sandwich was really flavorful with the pesto, cheese and tons of mushrooms. The restaurant is quite large with an upstairs seating area.

However, the lady at the front was not welcoming to us with our children. She said upfront that there are no kid menus, high chairs and strollers had to be placed elsewhere. I would understand if this was a fine dining upscale restaurant that was quiet but the ambiance was very ordinary. There was regular restaurant noise and people dressed casually. The day I pulled up, the Brother working the counter was tending to a couple of orders and clearly looked bothered. I found out later that he was a Boston Celtics fan and just recently heard about the Jaylen Brown trade so of course he was upset, but nevertheless, he gave me great service! He hooked me up with a patty melt and then a double and I have to say both burgers were really tasty. Great flavor and the perfect level of crispiness that you would want on a Smashburger of this style. Definitely a spot I would recommend pulling up to if you are in the neighborhood.
