What the Philly Pretzel Factory lacks in the quality of their food, they make up in their marketing and branding. That is how I ended up giving them a try. I called in an order and was somewhat surprised when I was quoting a little over an hour for my order to be ready. Even more shocked when I got there and the food is seemingly premade and just warmed up when it's ordered. The pretzel part of the pretzel dog was thin, rock hard, had a weird after-taste, and was almost cracker-like. Thankfully the dog itself was tasty. The pizza wasn't anything special and I honestly couldn't even tell that it was a pretzel crust. It was kind of dried out and bland. It wasn't bad, but it was the menu item that I was the most excited to try so I'm sure you can imagine the let down. Lastly, I ordered the cinnamon rivet box (picture included). Aside from the delicious dips, the rivets themself had minimal flavor and didn't look like the pictures online hardly at all. I got the butter cream and brownie batter dips. Both were the highlight of of my experience. The finally aspect of my visit that I wanted to mention was the inside of the store. I thought a store where they bake pretzel would smell heavenly, like Auntie Ann's. Instead, it kinda smelled like body odor and cigarettes. I really wanted to like this place, and I'm not saying I won't give it another try, but I guess I had high expectations.

Stopped by here for the first time yesterday for a mid day snack, and was pleasantly surprised with their pricing, selection, and location. This place would be wonderful to cater pretzels from as that is what they are known for, but they are also good for a little snack as well. I am rating the pretzels a 4/5 because while they were good, the outsides were a bit tough so I do think they might have been sitting the warmer box for too long. That being said, even if they were a little stale I finished off the cup! When you purchase a cup, you also get one free dipping sauce which is great as other pretzel places charge for sauce. I will definitely go back to try some fresh pretzels!

I picked up a bucket and small box of their pretzel rivets for a party. I got their cheese and spicy brown mustard for dipping. The pretzel rivets were fresh and warm. The rivets needed more salt on the outside. The brown spicy mustard was excellent, the right amount of mustard and spice. The cheese sauce was just okay. It tasted like melted velveeta. Next time I will request extra salt on the pretzels and I'll make my own cheese dipping sauce.

Unexpected delight! Went in because I passed it on Manchester and decided to go back and try it. Great prices and super nice staff. I ordered some pretzels, dipping sauces and a pizza. The best part was definitely the pizza! Super good, fresh and only $6.50! I'm giving it 4 stars because the pretzels weren't warm. But I will definitely go back to get a pizza!

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices at this place! This whole large gray (and 3 sauces was only around $20!). The pretzels were nicely salted and warm. The mustard and cheese sauces were good! I'd be interested to try their dessert dip. The staff were very nice on arrival to pick up our order.

Crisp outside, chewy inside, fragrant and salty - What more could you ask for? Rhetorical, but I'll answer; cheese! I stopped in on a weekday evening just before closing time. It was my first visit, so I wasn't sure what to get. I was surprised and delighted by the variety of choices. I settled on what looked like a large long pretzel that had pepperoni slices across the top of it. It came with a side of marinara. I was waffling between the pretzel bites and a full sized twist pretzel. The girl that helped me recommended the latter, as they had just come out of the oven. Great choice! The pretzel was warm and soft and deee-licious. I dipped it in warm nacho cheese, having passed on the spicy cheese. Next time, I'll try it with mustard. I can't wait to get back in there. :)

OK, so you know when you judge a book by its cover? You think there's no WAY you're going to like…read moreit and then you open it and you're like, wow - that was amazing. That was Pretzel Stop for me. It's "cover" is quite worn and definitely has a lot of shelf wear, but don't let that deter you. Heads up: the interior is only open on the weekends. I was fortunate enough to hit the store at just the right time, as the pretzel bites were WARM. They were light, fluffy and simply perfectly baked. The outside had just the right amount of golden-brown crispness, while the inside was soft and fully cooked, without being doughy. They also nailed the salt level. I plopped mustard on almost every bite. Next time, I'll try the cheese. I wasn't expecting to be this impressed, but every bite was simply delicious.

I love the large assortment of dips to choose from and appreciate the cream cheese and chive cream cheese the most. Most places only offer that nasty day glow, orange cheese sauce, but not here. You get your choice of sweet and savory dips. They have a pretty big menu including burgers, sandwiches, sausage stuffed pretzels, pretzel bites and even catering and special orders. I have also purchased frozen pretzel bites to take home to enjoy and have gifted them too. They are always appreciated! Check-in on the Clover app for special deals and discounts. We found Philly Pretzel Factory online and saw they looked good so we gave them a shot! The business is pretty much just an ordering counter with a small bar to snack at, but no seating for groups... it's a take out establishment. The place looked clean and well lit, and I was quickly greeted by a friendly woman manning the store. Arianna determined my exact order was custom and offered to prepare the fresh pretzels as I waited, which I appreciated. Arianna revealed she is the owner / entrepreneur and obviously takes great pride in her business. Arianna sold me on a few pretzel dips, and even threw in some extra goodies for my order, which was done about 15 minutes later. The pretzels and dips were a huge hit; all of my family loved them and didn't leave any leftovers! This place is worth the visit if you've got a pretzel craving!
