Excellent warm pretzels right out of the oven . The pretzels were delicious, spongy and had the perfect amount of salt on them. There were many complimentary dips to choose from and I went with the deli mustard. The mustard was perfect with just the right amount of horseradish. I'll be honest, I'm sick of these restaurants signing up for 3rd party vendors and them immediately throwing them under the bus. I had some issues with my doordash delivery order yesterday. I call the store to ask for the manager and am immediately told there wasn't one. I ask what I'm supposed to do as my order was incorrect and I was told, by Colleen, to hang up, call back, press 4, and leave a message. By this point I'm upset. I don't understand how there is no one to talk to. So I leave my message. Then I call back. I ask to speak to someone else. A man named Eric answered the phone. I tried to explain the situation again and he raised his voice at me for telling him I got the wrong stuff. He insists he put the correct stuff in the bag but keeps repeating stuff I didn't order. Finally he concedes and promises to deliver what was incorrect which I appreciated. Today I get a phone call back from the manager. He was less than polite in my personal opinion. I'm sure he thought he was being nice but he wasn't. Not to me. Was pretty much okay with them having attitude with me because I left an angry voice-mail. 2 of your associates raised their voices and weren't helpful to me. By the time I got the rest of my correct order the other items were cold and I wasn't happy. I said thank you for the call but he didn't remedy the situation and wasn't really willing to hear me out because they brought the correct pretzels after I had to basically beg for them to make it right. I don't understand why such low ratings. I got a party platter for my husband's birthday and everyone loved it! We picked the pretzels up an hour before and stayed fresh all night and for days later. I really wanted to enjoy a pretzel place in the area. It was a huge letdown. I even came back to give it another go. My greatest expectation is that I receive a warm, fresh pretzel when I purchase from a pretzel shop. Both times I purchased from this location the pretzels had obviously been sitting around for some time. Next there are the dips. Maybe it's personal preference, however I didn't find any of them appealing. This was compounded by dipping a stale, under-salted/seasoned pretzel. Very unimpressed. The day I went, there were lots of pretzels under the heat lamps and others coming going into the oven in the back. I was getting a half dozen to bring to friends, about 20 minutes away so I discussed with the woman behind the counter how to keep them warm until I arrived. I asked her to double bag them, which she did. I get out to my car and decide to try one and there is zero heat in them at all. Completely room temperature. She obviously knew I wanted warm pretzels. She could have told me that these were not at all warm (the heat lamps are a decoration, I guess). Or she could have told me when the next batch was coming out of the oven. This is the best place to get fresh made hot pretzels at a really great price. During the week you can get 10 pretzels for $5 dollars which to me feels like a steal because there big pretzels and yes all the dipping sauces are amazing. Personally I would recommend cinnamon. read more

Now here is a great place for one of my all time favorite snack foods. Philly Pretzel Factory is set up like a deli, but the specialty is soft pretzels. You can get nuggets in a cup or traditional size. They have many dips to choose from- some savory, like cheddar cheese and some sweet like butter cream. These pretzels are great on their own too, even when not super fresh, they have the delicious flavor you'd expect. They also offer a wide variety of beverages in coolers- juices, teas, sodas. The prices are reasonable. Consider these guys for a party tray for a big event, like hosting a playoff party or birthday. Only a couple things would make this place even better would be slightly bigger dipping cup and a buttery garlic dip. I will definitely return. read more

I asked the young lady for a new one and she threw her eyes up in the air and gave me a fresher one. I understand you have to give the oldest ones first but they still need to be fresh.
