Never had Jersey Mikes before. Always been a subway person. When this place opened, I decided to give it a shot. It was not bad! Jersey Mike's delivers the goods pretty reliably. Fresh subs made with quality ingredients that don't skimp on flavor. Stopped in during lunch rush on a Saturday, and the crew handled the line like pros, getting my order out in under 10 minutes despite the crowd. Went with the classic #13 (The Original Italian) on a sub. I loaded it with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, all piled high with lettuce, onions, and that house vinaigrette. The bread was soft yet sturdy, and the meats tasted super fresh, not like some pre-packaged stuff you get elsewhere. Service was friendly and efficient; the guy behind the counter even suggested adding banana peppers for a little kick, which was spot on. I ordered 2 sandwiches from this place and they were really good! The Philly cheesesteak is very tasty, service is quick, and place is clean! My only issue is the prices. A " giant hero" is about $20 when it's literally the size of a regular hero. Other than that though, they're really good! read more

Best gluten-free lunch option! The staff is super attentive to a gluten allergy and follow higher than average operating procedures to ensure no cross contamination occurs (changing gloves, using mayo from the bottle vs. the container, etc.). Staff is also very helpful and efficient. read more

This trip to Jersey Mikes for a quick order to takeout, got me one of the friendliest managers named Saif Malik serving. He took my order of an Italian sub and a turkey sub . His associate cut the meat and he put on the toppings flipping the spreader of mayonnaise like a pro. Their choice of snacks are primarily potato chips, no popcorn so I decided, no sides or drinks for this order and I got a 10% discount as well. A good visit for quick fix sandwich's. read more

This seems like a newer establishment. The parking lot is huge. My food was prepared accurately. There were no issues with ordering ahead on the app or picking up at Jersey Mike's. I would come back since this is closer to my house than the one in Bethpage. read more

Went to the Jersey Mikes in Hicksville and actually enjoyed my Italian sub. It was prepared with care by a sweet young lady who followed all my crazy requests. My husband loved his turkey sub too. We went pretty close to closing time and the youngsters worked hard at cleaning up the place. This is my new favorite sandwich joint. read more

Ordered a giant (tuna) size hero from Jersey Mike's at Hicksville establishment. I've been at other Jersey Mike establishments before and was expecting a much better experience then I received here. The most upsetting thing to me was the amount of tuna that they put on the $17.35 hero I ordered, which was incredibly a small amount of tuna. It was maybe enough for a mini (small) size. The only thing they didn't cheap out on was the shredded lettuce!!! I still can't believe I didn't complain and actually paid $17.35 for a sandwich like that, shame on me. Gave you guys another shot ON MY ON DIME and YET AGAIN this store fails at doing the bare minimum of getting a food order right. Two of our sandwiches were wrong. This is the second time in a row this store has made our orders wrong. While the staff is obviously ignorant, this lies in the hands of management for poor training and quality control. I highly recommend saving yourself the headache and pick another place to eat but if your heart is set on this place do NOT add or subtract ingredients. Their ability to make a SANDWICH starts and stops at the robotic standard recipe. If you dare to change the bread or negate an ingredient their brains go into a total meltdown and subsequent self destruction and take your meal as hostage. Underwhelming as always. Came in at around 830 asking for a giant original Italian on rosemary parm bread. They were out of that bread and only had whole wheat. Disappointed. Then ran out of procuiito for the Italian sub, so offered more of pepperoni. When it came to put on the veggies and sauces they put the smallest of smear of mayo and had no tomatoes. I thought "mikes way" meant tomatoes. The reason for not having tomatoes was because the tools were alrdy in the back and put away. I explained they could use a knife to cut tomatoes. Comes back in few mins with tomatoes that were not sliced by a professional. Total check came to $20 and the computer asked about a tip. The sandwich was really good and service was really good, the place there looks very clean and new.

Big fan of Mike's but went in for a sandwich at this store and while I was waiting for my sandwich II witnessed a young lady who was just standing behind the counter and who claimed to be a manager go over to the young man making the sandwiches and with her bare hands take two tomatoe slices off and put them back in the tomato bin. A very unhygienic practice, if you are going to do that, at least put on a pair of gloves like the kid making the sandwiches read more

RUDE! The "Acting Manager" working could not find the order that we had placed for New Years Eve. When the order was found around 10 minutes later, it was incorrect. Instead of fixing the order the "Acting Manager" went to help the next customer. It took a total of 40 minutes to get our order. She had an attitude the entire time! Corporate really needs to reevaluate this location. Hicksville has soooo many other restaurants to patronize. read more

The food is really good but because we order a chicken philly cheese steak. So they have to put chicken on grill, but before they do that they're making sandwiches for people behind me, even hot sandwiches. I finally asked "did you put my chicken on" no then did it.
