Come to find out when they ordered my jalapeño pretzel the worker repeated to them multiple times that he "had to make it" ..... so now I can only assume my orders were canceled for the simple reason of him not wanting to make my order. It was 10:30 in the morning, I walked in and the associate waited on me right away. He bagged my 10 pretzels, as I was paying I noticed another associate looking in the oven to check on product. I thought "oh good 10:30 in the morning these are going to be nice and hot." Wrong. When I got to my vehicle I noticed that the bag was not warm. Being in a hurry to meet the staff I went on my way. Boy were we disappointed when I finally opened it and they weren't even the slightest warm. The drive to my next stop was only 7-8 minutes. I should have gone back, but didn't have time. Just disappointed that they were cold that early in the day. Lesson learned to check and speak up right away.
