Some of the best pretzels on the Boardwalk (with Auntie Anne's being a close 2nd). Get the cinnamon sugar ones.

So, so, Sorry to give a legendary Philly name in Cheesesteaks a 2 star but I can't do any better…read more I'm only givin' a 2 and not a 1 because maybe I got here on an off day. They have a window which you can watch them grill the steaks. In my opinion, if I was grilling steaks they way they did that day, I'd have the privacy shades down. Pre-sliced and most likely frozen slices of meat. They flip it wit a hamburger spatula! What da'?! They layer it on the unimpressive roll and boom what they call a Philly Steak is served. The cheese was lumpy and not fully melted, the meat was tough, it was kinda' like being served a Steak-umm but unfortunately a Streak-umm is better. Look, it ain't often I cant finish anything let alone a Cheesesteak but I couldn't finish. Sorry again but as a lifelong Philly Cheesesteak eater I can't in good conscience recommend this location and then someone who's never had a Philly Cheesesteak goes her and has the same low quality steak I had. In my opinion they wouldn't never try another Cheesesteak.

Mine was WAY overcooked . Wah! We had their cheesesteak in Philly so we had to check out wildwood. The fries were tasty. Service was slow but it was the first day. From when we got on line to when we got our food was 75 minutes. Hope they speed up. Staff was friendly. Great location. Can't wait to try again.

Since none of the reviews were recent I figured I'd give them a shot. (Plus their menu is very small, which suggested to me that they focused primarily on their sandwiches, which is typically a good thing) In short, I'm glad I did. First, the service was prompt and friendly. This isn't a sit-down place so you have to find your own spot to eat, which we did at some umbrella tables nearby. There's also some shelf tables next to the umbrella tables to facilitate eating your meal while standing. As for the food itself, I thought my cheesesteak with provolone tasted good. Fresh hearty (not tough/chewy, nor soggy/soft) roll and sufficient meat portion (not overloaded but not skimpy). To be honest, I've NEVER had a Philly cheesesteak that blew me away (other than when I make one at home using prime rib). So, whether this was better or worse than a primo cheesesteak, I don't know. But I would without a doubt eat another one of these from here if I had a hankering for a philly. (See pic for reference) I gave 3 stars because while it was good and I'd eat here again, nothing stood out beyond average expectations.

For today's order, I opted for the pizza of the month special and it certainly did not disappoint and was made with Pepperoni whipped ricotta basil and mikes hot honey. Congrats to the owners on bringing the same consistency to the menu we know and love at the new location. We will obviously continue to support both the wildwood and Rio grande locations!

Never again! I…read moreshould have been tipped off to what fortune awaited us when there was not one other customer in the place at twelve noon, on a Saturday, in the summer. Ordered a dozen garlic Parmesan wings, two personal "pizzas", one regular & the other white. Let's start with the wings. Absolutely no flavor, which will be a recurring theme. All they did was sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the wings. To be fair, they were crispy, but again, the breading tasted like cooking oil. Drowning the wing in ranch dressing was the only way to make it palatable. Twenty five minutes later the "pizzas" arrived. The white pie was barely edible. Literally just burnt mozzarella cheese on a thin, hard, favor-less crust. Maybe the garlic & spice delivery truck didn't come this week? Their regular pie definitely was an improvement over the white, but nothing to write home about. No joke, you can make a better tasting pizza at home using only three items from Costco...stone flat bread, mozzarella cheese, & Mama Rao's sauce. I will acknowledge that the place was clean & the young lady working the counter was attentive. They also do have free refills on fountain drinks, so there's that. Overall, the fact that this place is a franchise boggles my mind. Like, how to did someone get hoodwinked into thinking this was a wise long term investment opportunity? I wish this place luck, but let's be honest, it won't be here the next time I am in Wildwood.
