I discovered this eatery 5 or more years ago, and after countless visits, I'm Jones'n again for their Phiily cheese steak. But don't overlook the rest of the menu because it's all good with big portions of it(the onion rings are sinful). Family owned and very family friendly. read more

First time at this establishment and was pleasantly surprised by the sub I ordered. I'm not a huge fan of a lot of breading when I order subs and my sandwich was just right, perfect bread to toppings ratio. Cashier was very helpful and patient with us while we ordered. Seemingly nice enough people. This review is based solely on the smoothies they have. It was what I was craving and decided to give them my business instead of the donut place next door. I asked for a honeydew melon smoothie, and it honestly tasted like a matcha tea smoothie. I've had a lot better. Wouldn't waste money on it again. This review is only based on that. Went too have a philly sub, and end stead getting told by an employee at this place that she don't care about what I had too complain about. And then found out that my sons burger had a hair in his burger. They did replace it after I got into it with the cashier and let know the attitude that she didn't care about what I said. Then I asked for the owner and then even the owner wanted too argue about the procedure of how they did things. And I had said t know how they are. Well I told the owner that seems how they allow there employees too argue with paying customers, that I will not be coming back too a place like that too. Allow it that's poor management. . I drive past here all the time. So on Thursday of last week I was wanting something different for lunch, yelped several different things to eat. This place popped up and it has great reviews so I thought let's give em a try. I wasn't disappointed, yet at the same time I felt like something wasn't there. The flavor of the Philly didn't knock my socks off. They have very good service fast and friendly. The place was busy, which is should be considering it's menu. No other places are doing Philly Sandwiches here in the High Desert. Honestly I can say it's a decent mimic of what they are calling a Philly Steak Sub. So for those who may crave a Philly taste and don't want to drive to Ontario this is your spot. One last thing people I don't like is, when you order onion rings you only get four. WTF is that! This restaurant is a family owned business. You feel the warm welcome as your walk in. The philly cheese steak sandwiches are killer!! They bake their bread fresh every day and you can tell because of how it flakes. My husband is a fan of their cold subs which are much more stacked then Subway. Philly's Steak & Sub, why do you have to be so far!!! My bf and I were in the neighborhood after a good Mt.High session, and came here craving their Philly cheese steaks. This place is LEGIT. All of their appetizers are homemade! Can you believe it?? Yes, they make their own onion rings, fries, fried mushrooms, fried zucchini, etc. And boy does it make a difference! I had a little bit of each appetizer, and each bite had the perfect amount of crisp and flavor. I've only tried the philly steak so far, but I think I would find it hard to try anything else because the sandwich was so. frikkin. good. The meat to bread portion was PERFECT. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the meat is cooked to perfection. Add a little bit of chalula and teriyaki sauce, and you'll be in heaven! To top it off, Tim, the guy behind the counter is the friendliest person ever! He's always cheerful and happy. I'm pretty sure that he's made every customer laugh at least once during their visit to his store. The customer service is EXCELLENT, and it really shows in how the employees treat you like family. Currently deciding on whether the 2 hr drive to eat their philly steak is worth it or not. Screw it, i'm going. hahah read more

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to the HD back in 2003 and it's definitely one of our favorite spots. If you don't know where it's at you certainly could miss it as it's not big, bright or fancy. It's tucked away amongst a liquor store, laundromat and beauty salon with America's tires on the corner. Now keep in mind the missus and I get the same thing every time we visit this place so this review is based on a very small piece of their menu. It's not that we don't care for any of there other fine selections, it's just that we've discovered something we're crazy about and can't seem to move on to the next menu item. We always order the #26 which is the teriyaki steak sub with everything plus tomatoes along with side orders of fresh cut French fries and zucchini (and a couple of times fried mushrooms). Pure deliciousness. Everything is made to order and all the ingredients taste fresh and flavorful. Also I don't know what it is but there soft drinks always taste better than just about anywhere else, especially the Sprite and Cherry Coke. Tip: Be sure to ask for a stamp card and after your eighth purchase you'll score a free 8 inch sub. Now there's one more reason you should become a regular customer like me. read more
