We placed our order online using their website after a quick confirmation on their instagram…read moreaccount that they would be closing an hour early for Christmas Eve (usually open until 4pm). Grateful for them to be open at all and fulfilling the order 30 minutes before close. We arrived exactly as they were about to close and had our 3 sandwiches ready to go. We tried the Fratello and BLTA. Might try their gabagool for next time. Very tasty sandwiches but wished they sliced them in half. They are located in an industrial park close to department of corrections. We aren't Italian but I think they are the real deal considering the specificity in their menu.

I ordered online for pickup. They seem like nice guys…read more.. Service is questionable. It did not appear too busy when I walked in, but nobody greeted or asked if I needed help. When I did stand in front of a staff member working the front, he just continued to do what he was doing and pretty much ignored me until I said something. I guess you just have to walk up and talk to get his attention. (New York City delis even greet you...so perhaps it was an off day for the gentleman). I overheard and witnessed other stuff that was said, but anyways. The actual workers behind the counter/making the sandwiches were just doing their role, so I don't have anything to say besides the fact that my sandwich and my wife's were tasty. She got the gabagool and I got the Italian stallion. We both agreed that the sourdough could be improved a bit, but the deli meats tasted fresh. Would come back to try other sandwiches, but hope the service would be a little bit more attentive/friendly.

Oh my gosh I don't know where to start! Everything I ordered was a solid 10/10 & that doesn't…read morehappen too often LOL. Started out with the giant tower of whip cream'd hot chocolate! House made of course so it's even better than the store bought stuff in my opinion because it tastes like actual chocolate. I ordered the filet minion chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. So juicy inside and crispy but not like overly cooked crispy on the outside! Topped with a hot gooey layer of house made sausage gravy. The overall size of this steak was about as big as my face. To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!

Stairs up to entry was very dangerous with waiting customers using handrails on both sides, then,…read moreno landing at the top! We told hostess we did not want to sit at the bar, she sat us at the bar, after some more wait, we did get a table. Coffee was ok, but the cups were huge, always 2/3 full of cold coffee. The food took one hour to find our table. Nothing special, my wife had an omelet, with a big glob of Brie cheese, overpowering the omelet. I had corned beef hash that was extremely dry and salty. I also had warm rye bread. Not toasted. We were half done with our breakfast, and was given the bill, and boxes to go. Very rushed, crowded, and expensive. $58 for sub-par breakfast for 2. Sorry WOM, didn't cut it.
