If you had asked me a year ago, I would say this place is more meant for the 60 & up age group. We decided to give it another try this past Friday and are super glad we did! We were met with some awesome live music, a younger crowd, and an overall chill vibe! It seems like they have updated the place recently and we are all for it! They have a huge selection on tap, including 4 different ciders (my fave) and the bar manager, Katrina, was killing it! I'm new to the area, I have gone in here a few times and it has been ok. Last night I went in and the bar manger was too busy talking to some guy at the bar it was hard to get a drink and food. Then about 2 weeks ago I was in there and I watched her take a Jell-O shot with some friends. I have lived in Oregon all my life and I know it's illegal for bartenders to drink on the job. You might keep more customers if she would focus on customers. Also the night she was drinking the cook looked like he was him strung out on something when he brought my food out because she was too busy talking to her friends. read more

My girlfriend and I hit this place up for some beers and lunch before Xmas tree hunting and they have an amazing server named Chase. He was so attentive and friendly and made our experience so great. He turned on golf for us and was always making sure we never saw the bottom of our pint glass. I really liked how he pulled up a chair and sat next to us to take our order. It made the experience very personable and he was a great conversationalist. Not overbearing, just a super nice guy. We will definitely be back mainly because of him. read more

This ain't the old, tired Pour House of the past - it was rockin' with live music on a Friday night! We had a large group, and Katrina kept us in great supply of hot, delicious food and cold beverages. They have a great menu -- our group tried hog wings (they have a lg variety of sauces), peanut butter burger, steak dinner, etc. All of our food was great! We had apple pie egg rolls for dessert -- winner! The photo booth was a fun bonus. Service was great, and we'll definitely be back. read more

We've been coming here for many years, since we moved to Keizer, but we'll find another spot now. It was Friday night at like 6:30pm. There were maybe 6 to 8 people in the place other than a band setting up. There were twice as many people in the kitchen as we've ever seen (2, lol). We sat down at the bar and noticed that there wasn't any kind of tap list visible anywhere (that's new). When the barkeeper asked for our drink order, we had to ask about what was available (she did manage to tell us about the daily special though). No problems there. Of the 6 of us seated at the bar, the barkeeper (Katrina I think, I overheard it from someone at the bar, she never introduced herself) was focused 50% of the time on her cell phone and 48% of the time on 2 very obviously already over served individuals that were clearly personal friends. We asked if they had a menu item they've had in the past available and were simply told no. We ordered some waffle fries and a pretzel and after 20-30 minutes (there aren't other people ordering at this point, so we're not sure what the hold up is) we received a pretzel and some soggy waffle fries. Maybe spend more time training the kitchen staff and less time on the fancy white chef uniform for a grill cook at a bar? Fake it till you make it doesn't really work with barkeepers and cooks. I had heard that the place was under new ownership/management, it's unfortunate that such a great location is struggling so hard with such basic business concepts. Maybe the wife and I will check back in a year or so and see if they can figure this out. Overall, the lack of any kind of attention from the barkeeper and the quality and variety of foods and their preparation are not what we've come to enjoy here, so we won't be regulars here anymore. This is hands down the worst service I have ever received at a bar before. The drinks and food were fine but the bartender was so horrifically rude that I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the bar. I don't know why she chose to dislike me and my group, but she was awful to us from the moment we walked in the door. I would never treat a human the way she treated us. TLDR: the bartender is AWFUL and will make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable, glaring at you all night. Do not bother coming here. read more

The new cook she is great knows her shit and gets u what you want when u want it, her breakfasts are to die for and her specials r yummy. I don't however think the ,a ager got the memo that being rude and just ugly is part of the job. Ease up chick life's too short to be so mean,and when u talk down to your employee maybe you should make sure no customers are behind the wall. I do these for a living but this one is personal. I use to go to the Pour house because it felt like a safe, fun, relaxing place to enjoy friends, family and staff. Since they fired the old bartender it has gone down hill quickly. The new guy is nice but he is oblivious to what is going on in the bar. I saw drugs being done, drunk and unruly patrons starting arguments. A woman in the bar had to call out to the bartender to deesculate a situation which he wasn't able to do. It took other patrons in the bar to split up the groups that were fighting. Sadly I won't be going back nor taking my friends or family there till staff can control the bar again. Very disappointed. read more

Best bar in Keizer!! The prices are great the service is fantastic and you get free popcorn and peanuts. You can play pool or darts listen to music. The food is really good for a good price. Its a very laid back bar I love it!! read more

Horrible service! Bartender didn't like a joke I made and ignored us the entire time.

Wife and I stopped in on our way home recently. Sat down, took about 5 mins before we were asked if we wanted any drinks as our waitress needed to finish her smoke break first. There were many obnoxious loud customers at the bar flinging the f word every other word. The bartender included. Only thing this place has going for it any longer is it's cheap draft beer prices. But I won't be wasting anymore time in it. I can see why it goes through owner after owner. Some advice.....peanuts are stale too. read more
