I believe it was sprinkled with cinnamon on top, which I could have done without, but it was still yummy nonetheless. Service was quick, there wasn't really a line. Amazing Vietnamese coffee! My office has hosted them a couple of times and it's always a hit! I love all the flavors but my favorite is the mint to be. Also I love the coconut milk instead of condensed milk, adds great flavor to the coffee. These coffees are strong, but I have had 2 in a day before and been alright just very awake not overly wired though. The owner is super sweet and explains everything. I submitted an inquiry online and the owner Paula was very responsive and replied super quickly. It was easy to set up the event. I've never heard of Phin Bar before, but they catered at a company event and were the sweetest people ever. They were able to make drinks quickly while also being extremely friendly. I heard the lady explaining the drinks 50x and her energy never waned. If you're interested in having them cater, you'd be making a great choice in terms of service and drinks! I was out running errands, when I craved an afternoon pick-me-up. I found Phin Bar but they were closed and upon further research, they had very specific hours of availability. Giving up for the day, I eventually found myself looking up this place several times for the next few weeks and after a month or 2, I coordinated the time to place an order online on the Tuesday before a Sunday service. Payment placed, order confirmed, instructions received, and I awaited for the Sunday morning pickup. I arrived in the business parking lot and eventually found the sign and service window. It is a cute setup and seamless transaction experience. I left for home happy with my order and excited to quench my coffee craving. After trying 3 of their cup drinks (Traditional, Mint, and Thai), I thoroughly enjoyed all three super caffeinated drinks and look to order again. My husband loves to drink bourbon so I got him the New fashioned Coffee, I got the Lavender Coffee and the Thai Tea for my son. Contacting Paula through their website was very easy, and they layout the instructions in how to order quantities of certain flavors very well. Heard about this coffee shop by word of mouth and I'm so glad I did because it's fantastic. I've never been the biggest coffee drinker but I'm a lot more into it now. My favorite are the Lavender and Earl Gray coffees which are essentially variations of a traditional Vietnamese coffee but with the addition of a flavored syrup. The Mint is solid as well, and the Cherry was really unique and flavorful although not my personal favorite. So far I've only tried my drinks with the standard dairy option but I've heard good things about the vegan (coconut) condensed milk and I'm planning to try that next time. As of the time of this review they're only open every other Sunday which ended up being a bit of a blessing and a curse for us. It's great that they sell larger quantities of coffee to hold you over during the week when you won't be able to pick up another. But aside from that, Phin Bar inspired my partner and I to buy a set of phins to brew Vietnamese-style coffee at home and so far we're really happy with the results. Definitely the best Vietnamese coffee I've had, and totally worth waiting for. AMAZING authentic Vietnamese coffee, in line with the best I've had in Vietnam. My partner's family is Vietnamese, so I've had a lot of Vietnamese coffee (and attempts at Vietnamese coffee). I'm not a huge coffee fan so this review is mainly for their Mango Tropicana drink. I found Phin bar on IG - a few friends recommended them. You can find a lot of info on IG, order through their website, and they have a weekly pickup opportunities. They also recently got a brick and motor spot so it's easy to find. Phin has a thai tea too, which is good for non-coffee people like me. Anyways the matcha tropicana is a seasonal drink - only in the summer when mangos are in season. The matcha is strong and tea-y. And the mango cream is sweet so it's a great combo with the slight bitterness of the matcha. It's a super refreshing drink and the mango cream is on point. You can get a cup for $6.75 or a bottle (with about 4 servings) for $26. I think they're done for this season as fall is approaching but I can't wait till it comes back. read more
