I went to this location yesterday (which also happened to be Easter Sunday), and it was packed! I appreciated how quickly the staff got our drinks and pastries out despite the crowd. The coffee we ordered was incredible, but the strawberry matcha was extremely sweet while somehow still tasting grassy. I have a feeling it was due to the oxidation of the matcha, as it was pre-whisked and poured out of a clear cup. I would pass on the matcha and just get the coffee. My lady and I decided to come here after hearing really good things about it through social media & friends. To be quite frank we didn't really see the appeal. We got there around 11am-12pm and tried ordering a couple other things (which we were told were already sold out which bummed us out a little) but we opted for the Ube Latte and Vanilla Bean Latte and an everything seasoning pastry with cream cheese, these were some of the few items that they had left in stock. Honestly to me, the coffee didn't taste anywhere near vanilla. It tasted like a regular iced coffee with sugar that could be made at home and overall just tasted bland. The Ube Latte was fair but also nothing surprising or enough to "Wow!" me as seen with other peoples' experience here at 1 Oz. Maybe it was because we came at a bad time? I'm not too sure. After pulling into an office/industrial looking parking lot, we quickly found 1 Oz embedded amongst the offices. There's some signage to direct you and it is worth the search! I was excited to try this place as i tried the mountain view location and i was in the area. This location is interesting, it's located in the middle of an office complex. We came on a day where there was a game at the nearby levi stadium so when going to park, there was a person guarding the entrance to the parking lot asking us if we had a paid parking ticket. We were confused due to this situation if we can park there. There could be more clear instructions on where to go, and where to park as well. Perhaps maybe a few signs to direct people from the parking lot. I can see some people bailing from the location for this as they can be like oh it's closed due to the game. The actual store is nicely decorated and has ample seating with tables outside. It's pretty quiet, good for a business coffee meeting. The menu was pretty limited, i heard it is still in soft opening, but it is somewhat deceiving as i found this place on yelp and the first picture you see on yelp is a nice purple looking drink that looks really good. Kind of sets the expectations high, and unfortunately it was not on the menu, it could have been crossed out but not sure. Perhaps the menu could be reprinted to exclude the items that are coming soon, so customers don't feel like the place used to offer these items, but now they regressed and no longer have it. My coffee i got the Kyoto cold brew with a splash of milk. Im not a super knowledgeable coffee person who knows all the details but it was alright to me, drinkable. Overall this place feels like it's a hole in the wall sort of a feel. Like you've been to their other locations, or someone tells you about it, then you will go check it out. Is it enough for me to come back, hmm there is a-lot of coffee shops around that have bigger menus but the outdoor seating of this place, i feel not many coffee shops have, so perhaps in the future i will give this place another try, maybe after when its all ready. read more

As far as parking goes- my map directed me to go around the other side upon entering the plaza (where the EV chargers were), but there was no walkway/ entrance there. Ended up reparking near Meditronic (side facing Patrick Henry Dr.). You'll see a concrete walkway with rocks and a beautiful trellis tunnel with vines. When I ordered a spicy chai latte ($6) the girl ringing me up said "no caffeine for you today?" But chai does contain caffeine.. I was caught off guard so I just smiled and said "no haha" . I enjoyed the flavor, but found it a little too sweet for me. Also got the ube croissant per her rec and it was tasty. We sat at one of the comfy seating areas under the umbrella. I got to sit in the warm sun and my fiance sat in the cool shade across from me. Win-win for us. I liked how calm it felt being surrounded by the buildings. It wasn't bustling like other coffee shops. The sounds of the birds were nice and it was breezy. Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee. read more

I have known about this place for YEARS & never got around coming here. Shame on me for taking this long but it definitely didn't dissatisfy my expectations! I was actually surprised to find on Yelp that they were open on weekends. I used to work at one of the businesses that surround their cafe (which is how I'd initially heard of them - and, of course, YELP) but, as mentioned, never had the opportunity to try them out. I always judge a cafe by the quality of their Vanilla latte and theirs was EXQUISITE and elevated in quality flavor. You can see the speckles of vanilla seed floating in your drink proving that they use real vanilla rather than an artificially sweetened syrup. $6.00 for my serving. If you are looking for a subtle ube flavor - TRY THIS ONE! The only downside is the price... especially once you add in shots of espresso and oat milk. Ended up paying $18~ for an ube coffee (+1 shot/oat milk) and chocolate croissant (+tip/tax), pretty average for bay area specialty coffee but... my wallet hurts! Found this location other than the MV location nearby and was confused at first by where the store is actually located. First of all the menu is VERY limited. No ube latte (sep 2025) , no other flavors of latte other than the cinnamon and vanilla (let's be honest, who doesn't have vanilla) , and forgive me for being confused on what the coffees are even called. I asked if tonic was sparking, she answered it's a little bit sweeter than reg water (?) . The environment is rather quiet which is nice to hang out. But sorry will not come back again.
