People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins. This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can. We are thankful, yet again for a easy and great experience here thanks to Norm!

Nobody wants to go in for a drug test but it's a necessary part of most pre employment qualifications. This has been the best experience I've had so far. The woman on the phone explained what was needed and gave me recommendations on what to make sure was included and how to provide the samples. Dropping them off was a snap and my results arrived by email later in the day. I was a little worried about whether my samples would make it that day since there were a lot in the queue. A work invoice was sent by email after the results and was a quick and easy way to pay (through Quickbooks). There are several different turnaround windows you can opt for, the quickest is naturally the most expensive (~47$ at this writing). Same day samples have to be received by 2pm that day for processing.

Like half cup of water sitting on the ground next to chairs, dust caked on floors in waiting area, and the places looked like crap honestly. Nice finally called to take me tli the room, rude as heck, did my swab for covid and Influenza etc.. NP came in did a quick check of my ears, throat etc... got results, no meds for Influenza A or no suggestions other than drink liquid IV for youll habe to go to the ER for dehydration ‍.
