People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I was there last month and my wife helped several older people book in, as they couldn't make head nor tail of how to book in electronically. I used to like this particular lab location before Labcorp took over. Now it is pants! I'll find somewhere else to get any labs done in the future. Very poor company overall and very poor service.

I haven't used their at-home mobile service but I'm really glad to know it's there. Sometimes my disability makes it very difficult to leave the house and it's nice to know there's a kind person who can help out. I can't recommend enough. Next issue from the week prior was my wife's visit. She paid in person yet is still receiving notices that she has an open balance. Typically if you have an open balance for more than two months you get sent to collections. This is my biggest concern. We went in person to show our receipts to the receptionist, Jolene, who seemed very helpful. She told us someone would be giving us a call in the next day or two. The people were very friendly when my wife went to urgent care, but having these billing issues still unresolved two months later is unacceptable. I can still recommend going to get decent care here but if this isn't resolved and we are incorrectly sent to collections, this will easily slip into nightmare territory.
