I regret paying in cash because had I paid with my debit card I could've challenged the charge. I don't think I've ever encountered a medical business run more unprofessionally before. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one emails. They don't care at all about customer service. They just take your money.

People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins. Next issue from the week prior was my wife's visit. She paid in person yet is still receiving notices that she has an open balance. Typically if you have an open balance for more than two months you get sent to collections. This is my biggest concern. We went in person to show our receipts to the receptionist, Jolene, who seemed very helpful. She told us someone would be giving us a call in the next day or two. The people were very friendly when my wife went to urgent care, but having these billing issues still unresolved two months later is unacceptable. I can still recommend going to get decent care here but if this isn't resolved and we are incorrectly sent to collections, this will easily slip into nightmare territory. This time just for a drug test since my husband and I are both travel nurses but last time we had to get quantumferon blood draws and he was great with the needle! I appreciate his hand hygiene and cleanliness. I have watched people get rude with him because they failed to make an appointment, but Norm always keeps his composure and tries to get with people as quickly as he possibly can. Clearly Michelle was having a bad day or miserable with her life/job but WOW I wouldn't want her representing my company.

When I asked how I could make an appointment so I would not have to wait as a walk in I was told to call. I asked for the number and was told to "Google it."

It only took me a couple minutes to book online on a Monday afternoon, getting an appointment at the office on Wednesday morning! I haven't used their at-home mobile service but I'm really glad to know it's there. Sometimes my disability makes it very difficult to leave the house and it's nice to know there's a kind person who can help out. I can't recommend enough. Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!
