Bad experience. I asked the waitress what they have that is gluten free on the menu. Her answer is "what do you mean?" finally she says "everything has a little". It went from not knowing what I was talking about to everything having gluten. read more

I liked the broth. Maybe a little lacking in depth but nicely balanced. The noodles were a little overcooked but not bad.The nasty bits were where I had my main problem. The tendon was way undercooked and the tripe was sliced thin enough but it too was underdone. Tendon cooked well can be like butter, This was more like trying to chew on something made out of silicone rubber with a durometer rating of 60 shore A. Softer than a car tire, but harder than the inner tube inside the tire. The tripe was not quite rubber-bandy but if I have to use the word rubber bandy in it's description then that's a fail. No culantro or sawtooth coriander and the veggie condiment plate wasn't over abundant (which I actually like. I hate wasting a pile of anything!). Harsh criticism's for a place I'd actually go back to but two bowls in two days from two places makes me more critical I suppose. I'll have to try their grilled dishes and see if that takes them up another star because the aroma from the kitchen was good. read more

I've had better. Our waitress was rude, and reached across the table with the hot bowls instead of going around. The reason this made me mad was because the place where she was standing, was in front of my daughter, she almost spilled hot pho on my little girl. Not cool. NEVER GO THERE!! First the waitress took a used bowl from our table and took it over to another couple to use. She just asked my bf to take his fork out of the bowl, so he did, and she walked it over to another couple. I don't get why she didn't just go grab the other couple a new bowl!! Second the waitress sat all customers next to each other even though the restaurant was completely empty. We have been there couple of times, it's not the most amazing food and usually the customer service is very plain. Yesterday, I went with my 6 year old daughter and I had the worst experience. My hubby and I are so happy that soup houses are opening up EVERYWHERE across Denver. We were starving and decided to stop in here, instead of try to make it further into D-town. The reviews for this place were pretty good; good flavor, small meat and pricy. Well they must read our reviews (smart them!), because yes they are a touch more expensive than soup on like the Federal strip, but I would imagine that a lease in this super high-traffic shopping center costs a pretty penny, so I really was not surprised or dismayed that a small soup was $6.50 and a combination noodle bowl was $10.95. My hubby and I split a rare steak and crunch fat brisket pho and a noodle bowl. There was not much differentiation in the cuts of beef, but there was lots of it and the broth was flavorful, fresh and hot (Few things make me as sad as when pho comes out of the kitchen less than boiling). The Combo noodle bowl was quite tasty with lots of fresh veggies and again, plenty of meat. We both left stuffed and Happy. Also the service was good. Is this my favorite Vietnamese spot? no. Would I come back? yes. This definitely hit the spot on flavor and quantity, as well as location, location, location! 3.5 Stars read more

Not sure why the title says Traditional American, because this is actually a Vietnamese noodle restaurant. Anyway, we were driving south on I-25, got hungry, pulled off on 104th to find a restaurant. Didn't want to stick with the chain restaurants so we drove into a shopping mall to see what we could find. Decided to take a chance on Pho 104 and were glad we did! The food was very fresh, the service quick and friendly, and the prices reasonable. I will definitely stop by again. read more

Went to Pho 104 last night. This place does not have any staff! There was a lady who sat us down, took our drinks, order, took forever to cook our food..and billed us afterwards. The food is lacking freshness too. Took a bite and something tasted sour. Had a Combination Bowl. Bun Combo. Not very impressed as I was when they first opened. Take your money elsewhere. read more

10/06/12 My husband and I went in here about a year ago, I like the food but was not impressed with the service. In the 12 months we forgot and went back in on Saturday and was quickly reminded. I had forgotten about the two employee (possibly owners) toddlers that are allowed to play in the back of the restuarant. Jabbering, climbing and playing with the chairs and tables.
