I usually go with 3, my husband typically chooses 4. Though neither are overtly spicy, the levels are known to clear your sinuses in a good way lol. Told the front desk; they said they'd "talk to the employee" but offered no refund or resolution. Understand pest control is a reality in any restaurant, but this isn't how it's handled at a working food line. Lost my appetite and most of the food went to waste, and I hate wasting food. While attaching the receipt as proof of my visit, I noticed the printed date and time don't match when we were actually there -- we arrived just after 1:25pm on July 10th. Also worth noting: their receipt states all transactions are final with no refunds, so there's no real recourse for something like this beyond a conversation with the front desk that goes nowhere. Attaching the Lyft ride receipt to Red Apple Buffet as accurate proof of our arrival time.
